Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience with Dr. Barlow and Kelowna Wellness. I originally saw him for prolotherapy on my back. I had limited mobility due to inflammation and tightness in my lower back. I really appreciated how much time he took to understand what was bothering me, explain the treatment, and answer my questions. I was nervous at first but he reassured the whole time. I went back 2 additional times for prolo. Recently, I've visited him for iron replacement. I've delt with extremely low iron most of my life, but had been feeling EXTRA low on energy lately. After only 1 treatment, I definitely noticed an increase in my energy and focus! I was so focused accomplishing work a few evenings later, I didn't realize it was 2am! What I appreciate most about Dr. Barlow is that I never feel rushed. He takes the time to listen, explain your options, and make sure you’re comfortable with the plan. From the moment I am greeted at the front door by Crystal to the end when Dr. Barlow walks you to the front, the care and attention has made me feel more like family then a patient in his office. I’ve had a very positive experience with both treatments and would definitely recommend Dr. Barlow and Kelowna Wellness!

Fantastic experience: I think that atleast if they’re trying PATCH ADAMS style treatment trying to get away from big companies trying to run up profits off of dying individuals CHILDREN??? Fantastic experience: I have chronic hip pain which comes and goes. I have been going to Dr. Josh Steimeier whenever it flares up, since 2014. His treatments have been successful every time. And I thought I was not a fan of chiropractors.... I highly recommend Dr. Josh!

Fantastic experience: I had serious migraines for 3+ years and had tried everything under the sun to make them go away... Nothing worked until I went to Josh at the Wellness Clinic, and in just 5 weeks, rather than getting migraines 3 times a week, now I only get them a few times a month! Which is huge. Fantastic experience: I have had a few Nucca adjustments done by the Chiropractor Dr. Josh Stehmeier and have really felt the difference! I have had a nagging neck pain for years and can honestly say it feels so much better. I like how this was done without any "cracking" as I don't like that being done to my neck haha! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: I first came to Dr. Josh after dealing with migraines for 9 years and unsure of what step to take next. I have been in the care of a chiropractor my entire life and had never heard of NUCCA chiropractic until a friend suggested it. When I saw Dr. Josh's video on headaches I booked an appointment and never looked back! My every day of suffering with migraines/pending migraines has been transformed because of the method he specializes in. In addition a hip issue I have had sincr a teenager has disappeared. Dr. Josh has a wonderful way with his patients, is careful to listen to your concerns and knowledgeable in his field. I would highly recommend him not only for migraines but for any aches and pains. 10 stars if there was an option!

Fantastic experience: I had a bad concussion from a skiing accident. I tried a previous Chiropractor but was not interested in their approach as I had to bring my husband to meet with a group of people and have pizza in order to get my results! Dr Stehmeier is very straightforward and was very helpful in alleviating my ongoing headaches. As well as his Chiropractic treatment, Josh is very good at soft tissue manipulation for pain relief thus I get double the help for the price of one service. Dr Stehmeier also has a very good family plan option. He is very approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Dr Stehmeier!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this clinic - Dr Josh in particular - for the past month!. I had issues with my knee and lower back .... but didn't realize my main issue was my neck! Dr Josh not only repaired my issues through A.R.T. and Nucca, he also took the time to carefully explain my issues and what he was doing to help me! I now am completely pain free and plan on staying this way by following the exercises he recommended. I strongly recommend others with pain issues to make an appointment and visit Dr Josh! The office staff are wonderful too!

Fantastic experience: I don't usually go to chiropractors but a couple years ago I had hurt my back. I could barely move and no amount of pain medication made any difference. After a week of no improvement I went to see Josh for help. He assessed the situation and was able to make an adjustment. My back instantly felt much better and I could tell that I was on the path to recovery. Two weeks later my back had fully healed and I was fully functional again. I highly recommend Josh and his Wellness Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I was very skeptical of chiropractors but my neck had been painful off and on for over a year. In only one month and 4 visits later, I can't believe I waited so long. My neck is so much better!! Josh is the best and I am a believer.

Fantastic experience: Josh is the best. He does amazing work, and doesn't constantly need to have you back for appointments weekly/monthly as some chiropractors seem to do. I go see him every 4-6 months when I throw my back out and he fixes me up in minutes. He's a super nice guy too!

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure to go see Josh. He is the first and only chiropractor I plan on ever seeing. I was reluctant to see a chiropractor as I always worried they would make it a regular visit requirement but with Josh I do not get that feeling at all. He is always kind and courteous. The visits never feel rushed and he has provided me with exercises to do at home so that I can further my progress. I would recommend Josh to anyone for chiropractic work without hesitation!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stehmeier is fabulous! Very personable and caring. 4 of our 5 family members are his patients (still working on that 5th to try chiro)! His technique is very gentle and he uses active release stretching a lot with us. Not your stereotypical cracking doc... He's got great reception staff too!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Stehmeier is a most excellent chiropractor. His bedside manor is extremely friendly and open, and his technique is absolutely fantastic. I've been to several chiropractors in Kelowna prior to Dr. Stehmeier, but they've all had an air of snake-oil sales to them (I had one chiropractor tell my wife if she didn't follow his regime she could get cancer!). This couldn't be further from the truth with this practice. Dr. Stehmeier set me on a manageable plan that reduced in frequency as we went to the point that now I stop by for maintenance every few months. I would highly recommend Dr. Stehmeier to anyone!

He works with you to come up with an exercise plan that works for your body to maintain healthy movement for long-term mobility. He does not push for visits and will see you only as often as is required for your needs. I highly recommend Josh to all future clients.

Fantastic experience: I had problems with sciatica and saw the physiotherapist for 6wks of treatment with no improvement. My friend suggested I see Dr Stehmeier, he did one treatment and the pain was no longer down my leg, and he gave me exercises to do at home and soon I was pain free. I'm not sure exactly what it is he does but it is magic and it works!

Fantastic experience: Prior to finding the Kelowna Wellness Clinic, I had been seeing a chiropractor at least twice a month. Now I go for a tune-up every 4 months or so, and my daily neck/back pain is a distant memory. Even during pregnancy Dr. Stehmeier kept me in great shape. With such gentle adjustments, it's hard to believe how much of a difference he has made in my life!

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr. Josh Stehmeier. I have seen many other chiropractors over the years but none had been able to make a significant difference in my symptoms. Before seeing Dr. Josh my back used to go out a minimum of 3x a year and since beginning treatment at Kelowna Wellness Clinic I have not had a re-occurrence.

Fantastic experience: After a only a few visits with Dr. Stehmeier I felt results that I hadn't seen with other alternative treatments I'd tried. My head feels like it's on straight and my symptoms of thoracic outlet syndrome have been significantly reduced. I rarely experience tension headaches, which use to be a regular occurrence. I wish I had known about the gentle touch of NUCCA years ago!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing both Dr, Barlow and RMT Stephanie Schmaultz. Both took the time to help me look at the root causes of the pains I was experiencing. Both Dr. Barlow and Stephanie never rushed to a diagnosis but took the time to look at everything breaking down piece by piece the puzzle that was my body.
