Fantastic experience: Sunyatta has helped me tremendously with chiropractic care for decades. I feel lighter and more at ease after adjustments. She is caring, kind, knowledgeable and I completely trust her with my care.

Negative experience: Deceptive, Unbundled Billing and Lack of Financial Transparency: I had my external imaging done and sent over to this office for a review. I was explicitly told that while OHIP covered the scans, there would be a fee for the practitioner to "look" at them. I accepted that, but I was shocked to find that I was then hit with a completely separate, unbundled fee just to be told what she saw. Charging one fee to look at an X-ray and a second fee to speak the results aloud to the patient is ridiculous. Medical doctors absolutely do not do this—under OHIP, reading a scan and explaining the diagnosis to the patient is a single, unified service. At no point prior to my appointment did this office inform me of this overlapping fee structure, nor did I provide informed financial consent for these surprise charges, I was charged at the desk for this and was not happy but did pay them GRRRR!! I did email them later with my concerns. I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of upfront pricing and professional transparency at this clinic. I highly recommend taking your imaging to a real medical doctor instead, where you won't be charged a hidden fee just to hear your results.

Negative experience: I was completely disappointed about going here in this Chiropractic Clinic. I went for 3 sessions and nothing happened, worst part is that, everything was all a talk and no treatment at all. She just keeps reitirating the treatment plan. Also, I felt like being forced to do Chiro 3x a week eventhough i've been explaining that I can't do it. The chiropractor was so insistent as well to offer me the treatment plan and pay upfront valued $900. That's why I concluded that she's just all for the money and doesn't care about her pts.

She is very kind, knowledgeable, and informative. The facility is clean and has a very warm and welcoming feel, which makes the experience that much better! Fantastic experience: For over 10 years I suffered with my back and Dr. Guild managed to get me pain free in 3 months, along with my migraines as she fixed my neck and by fixing my spine, my period pain was gone. She gave me some pages of stretches that I have kept doing for a long time and now at 75 I am still pain free.

The massage therapists also do a great job. Nice that this place is open 3 evenings a week so you don't have to always take time off work.

Fantastic experience: I have been suffering with sciatica pain and I saw a physiotherapist for over 5 months with very little improvement. I wanted to see if chiropractic care can help as I was in so much pain. After even the first adjustment I was feeling so much better. I am almost done with my treatment and I am feeling all better with no more sciatica pain. I highly recommend Dr. Guild.

She takes her time with you and will listen and help you with not just pain in the body but relaxes you enough to help with your tensions or queries too. Fantastic experience: Went to Dr. Guild as a kid when I had a bad fall and she fixed me right up. Fast forward to 2020, due to the nature of my job I injured my back over time and was in an incredible amount of pain daily. I was getting daily migraines, neck pain and pain at my shoulder blades. I was taking tylenol/ibuprofen daily as well as using ointment which were all temporary fixes. I finally decided to go see Dr. Guild and now a year later, what a difference. Not only am I not in pain anymore but I feel my posture has improved and feel as though my upper body is stronger. Dr. Guild knew exactly what I needed and worked with me, showing me stretches while I am at work and giving me tips. I also started to see the massage therapist Tara, to help with my muscle tension.
