Fantastic experience: I first started seeing my physiotherapist and massage therapist Daniela in early 2014 after shoulder surgery, and more than a decade later I continue to see her regularly for massage therapy. From day one, her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for her patients have been exceptional. She played a huge role in my recovery after surgery and has consistently helped me work through every issue I've experienced over the years. Whether it's muscle tightness, pain, or mobility concerns, she always takes the time to identify the root cause and provide effective treatment that delivers results. Her expertise is outstanding, and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. It's rare to find someone so dedicated, skilled, and committed to their patients' well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional physiotherapist and massage therapist. After more than 10 years as a patient, I can confidently say she is the best at what she does.

Fantastic experience: I always have an excellent experience with my massage therapist Daniela. She is always professional, knowledgeable, and makes me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She always takes the time to understand my concerns and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and with significantly less tension and discomfort. Fantastic experience: Moved up to Loretto in 2024 and the whole family has been going to Tottenham Physiotherapy - extremely pleased with Daniela’s services and expertise! A notable experience we had was Daniela helped my one daughter, who is a soccer player, overcome her injuries quick so she was able to get back on the field fast! Her Coach was very pleased with the speedy recovery!

Fantastic experience: Tottenham pysio goes above and beyond. I had recently starting going to Daniella for massage when I was hurt at work. I went in right away and they have been treating me ever since. Daniella has been advocating for me since day one. Tottenham physio is very accommodating and truly cares about their patients.

Fantastic experience: Daniela and her team are an amazing staff. I called last minute after ACL surgery in an emergency to help me get range in bending my knee. Her team took me in immediately and were so accommodating and helped me get full range of motion back in my knee. Very grateful for all their help!

Fantastic experience: After various 2.5 years of Physio Treatments for my Chronic right shoulder rotator-cuff, scapular muscle and neck issues which were treated others with somewhat success I reached a Plato level . Although I do a thorough daily routine of stretching and flexibility exercises it is my understanding these are Chronic in-part due to my vision issues for which I constantly tilt my head to the left, thus causing continuous muscle strain. The GOOD new! Following an in-depth discussion with Daniela, she mentioned and commenced with " Hands-On" Physiotherapy" that would address the key issues in a different manner than my other Physio Providers. In addition she provided "Athletic Taping Therapy" to my right shoulder / Scapular / rotator-cuff, with the intent to not only straighten things; but also teach / remined my body and mind to keep straight and avoid tilting. The proof of success going forward was that following 1 treatment ......both my Vision and Chiropractic treatment providers mentioned that I wasn't head tilting and looked straight. As a result of this I am continuing with Daniela for my Physiotherapy needs ......Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Tottenham Physio therapy through a friend who swore by them and still does. My husband and I began going as well as my father for Physio and massage. We love it here. They have accommodated us and gone above and beyond for us. We continue to. Recommend them to anyone we can. I was injured at work and the staff really took care of me, vouched for me and advocated for me. The environment is very family friendly with on going familiar faces. Just an over all great experience!

Then my daughter suggested I make an appointment with Daniela and that’s all it took. She listened to me and heard what I was saying and provided the treatment I needed and I still see her regularly. Fantastic experience: Daniella has been so helpful and knowledgeable over the past six or seven years. She has given me relief from pain and dlscomfort in my back and feet, even following up with me at home after recent surgery when I was wheelchair bound. I was leery about the drive to her new country facility and used a local spot briefly but I missed Daniella's therapy and I was happy to say the drive is not very far and is worth the trip for the care I get.

Fantastic experience: Daniella and Gabriella are excellent. My mom and I have been going to see her for years, and the team has healed us from multiple injuries. They are incredibly hospitable and a pleasure to work with. Daniella and her team have stayed late on numerous occasions to ensure we have gotten treatment. Daniella and Gabriella have become an extension of our family and are essential parts of our healthcare team. The bonus is there are often treats or chocolate or baked items at the end of the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 2 plus years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Daniela and Gabi are professional and kind and I always walk out of there feeling better then I did prior. All the staff here are amazing … even there youngest helper Zoey! They are always so accommodating to your needs and anytime you need something they are there to help. Hands down the best Physiotherapist I know! Daniela’s RMT massages are the best I have ever had! Negative experience: Called this morning to inquire about an urgent appointment, as they seemingly accommodate according to their website. I’m not even upset that they didn’t have availability this morning, my main concern was the hostility of the phone call. First spoke to a younger girl who didn’t seem to know what to do, and she gave the phone to an older woman who started by saying “first of all who is this?” The woman just seemed annoyed and was not interested in a new patient. There are just more professional and polite ways to ask questions/to talk to people… you know?

Daniela is very friendly and excellent professional and so is Gabriela who recommended some exercises to do at home to improve my posture and ccupatinal tendinitis. Highly recommend !

Fantastic experience: Daniela is amazing! I see Daniela for massage therapy weekly and her work is hands on. She provides physiotherapy, massage therapy and osteo. Her massages never disappoint they are not relaxing massages they are therapeutic massages. I can go in with a sore neck and in a couple days after my massage but as good as new again! Daniela is professional and cares about her clients!

Positive experience: I am able to turn my neck and head a fuller distance in 3 sessions .. I haven't been able to do that for 30 years even with chiropractor treatment

Fantastic experience: Daniela and her team are amazing! They coordinate their efforts in sync with one another and make every minute count. I arrived with pain in my upper right arm and shoulder that was limiting all of my daily activities. Daniela did a thorough assessment, offered an evidence-based treatment approach and demonstrated exercises to do between appointments. I have now completed my personalized program and have full range of motion with no discomfort (care of both Daniela and Gabi). Daniela creates a congenial atmosphere that makes each physio session a positive and healthy experience. Highly recommend to all!

Fantastic experience: I had a very difficult shoulder problem, coming here was the only treatment that helped. They are “hands on” and care if you get better or not. I’ve been to many other clinics that don’t do a quarter of what Tottenham Physiotherapy does. They assessed my problem, helped with therapy, instructed in exercises and were very friendly and encouraging. I will gladly be a patient here and always recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have been working with Daniela of Tottenham Physiotheray for well over a year now; and thanks to the exercise routines I have been equipped with my health has benefited tremendously. I no longer suffer from Plantar Fasciitis and have experienced improved mobility and flexibility. I also find their services to be very accommodating to my schedule with the owner often meeting me early in the morning before regular business hours.

Fantastic experience: I receive care that is above and beyond a standard appointment. I have a chronic condition and have tried many different treatments. Daniela really seems to care about my success and always ensures I feel better before I leave. She has returned my quality of life and always makes me feel like a part of the family.

Negative experience: The owner needs a lesson in customer service and how to speak to clients. She is very abrupt and more about the bottom than care for her clients. She often discussed how to maximize profits by squeezing more patients in while I was having treatment, very unprofessional if you ask me.

Negative experience: Worst costomer service I have ever had. They dont know how to do there jobs properly, not my first choice of places to go!
