Conveniently located with an inviting, clean and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Trudeau is knowledgeable and very informative. He seems to care a great deal about the overall health of his patients. I am excited to continue on this journey of healing, healthy living and to explore the array of Natural healing options this office provides. Fantastic experience: I came to Dr. Mark in 2016 when repetitive stress injuries from my career as a woodwind musician were placing my future in the profession in jeopardy. I couldn’t even check blind spots while driving my car without pain shooting down my back, not to mention regular migraine headaches and severe TMJ disorder. Mark not only saved my career, but over the ensuing years has helped me to overcome horse riding and car accident complications, and has kept my general health in great shape. I have a GP, but always go to Dr. Mark Trudeau as a first line of treatment for pretty much everything. He is truly an expert in his field and even after many years of seeing hundreds of patients week in and week out, maintains great enthusiasm for all things pertaining to human health. We are so very fortunate to have him in our community!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Mark today for my initial assessment. He went through my intake form with me and made additional notes as we talked. He was very thorough in covering the details of my condition. He then explained the different techniques of chiropractic that he can provide and how he would select the technique(s) he felt would be most suitable for my condition and which I would be most comfortable with. Then he did a hands-on assessment checking my pelvis, spine and reflexes and recommended getting some X-rays done to help further assess my condition. After that he did a bit of ART and a few small adjustments using the Activator and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. Overall I thought he was very thorough, very experienced and very gentle. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I enjoyed the first visit and look forward to my follow-up appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark for both adults and children.

Recently I also received massage therapy from Katy Dempster and, as expected, the quality of service was exceptional. All the specialists working here are skilled, very knowledgeable in their area of expertise, caring and thoughtful in providing quality service to all their clients. They, along with the front reception staff, make sure that all clients are treated respectfully and create an atmosphere of care and support.

When his service was no longer available at the location I was going to I decided to drive a little farther to see him in Cookstown. Not only was it great to have Dr. Mark treating me again but the entire office and staff makes for a wonderful experience. Love the small town personal and warm feeling of the this facility! Fantastic experience: I have been coming here for YEARS, when doctors didn't know what was wrong with me at 13, they gave up. One visit here and I felt a world of difference. Now nearly 20 years later, I still go regularly (I LOVE feeling tip top, I think Chiropractic care is like brushing your teeth, it feels good to be regularly adjusted to keep that fully functioning feeling in my whole body). My whole family goes here, my 4 children (all adjusted just days after birth for the first time) my husband, parents and siblings.
