Fantastic experience: I received reminders as I requested about my appointment. I completed a form in advance to save time after I arrived. I was greeted with a warm reception and my appointment time was right on schedule. No waiting. My physiotherapist was very patient and calm when reviewing my history. He was thorough and not rushing any aspect of our meeting. At one point I became emotional and cried as I explained to him how the injury took place. He showed compassion as I calmed down. Before touching any area that might be considered private he asked for permission in advance. Thus I felt safe and comfortable with that. His instructions to me were very explicit and I had a good understanding of what he was accessing and the reason why. I practiced my exercises for home and I felt confident that I knew what I was to do. He provided me with a copy of the exercises at the reception area and reviewed quickly with me the steps in how to do them. Indeed the entire experience from my scheduling my appointment to leaving their office deserves 5 stars and a huge thanks!

Fantastic experience: I saw Brette-Lynn for my TMJ issues. This was probably my fourth visit with her. After my first visit I noticed a huge sense of relief. Fantastic experience: I suffered with bad pain and muscle cramps in lower leg area and I tried massage therapy at Reactive Health and even after 1 session weeks ago, I have been pain free ever since. Totally amazing, I highly recomend Reactive Health 100% for physio and massage therapy.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time getting a massage from Alison Cole and she absolutely hit it out of the park! She quickly identified my problem areas and skillfully worked out the knots that were pinching a nerve. Once my muscles were warmed up, she even used a bit of cupping to release the tension further, it was exactly what I needed. I’ve already booked weekly appointments with her for the foreseeable future. And can we talk about the music? Instead of the usual wind chime background, she plays super relaxing tunes WITH lyrics from artists like José González and James TW…I loved it! Such a great vibe all around!

She provided me with relevant information and offered me excellent suggestions for exercises to help as well as recommendations for health care products that I would benefit from using. After only being 2 weeks post op from knee replacement surgery, she was very encouraging and when I explained a certain pain, she was very concerned and checked my leg for clots. Fantastic experience: I had a Massage with Alison Cole and It was the best massage I have ever had. I am a hairdresser and I am in pain 90% of the time because of my job. Alison was very knowledgeable and was able to work my back and help where I needed it. She was able to answer all my questions and educate me where needed. I was so relaxed and so refreshed and her personality made the experience so much better! I would 100% recommend Alison and I can't wait to go back in 4 weeks for my next massage!

He did a great job evaluating and gave me some printouts of specific exercises for me. He communicated well and listened well. I’ll happily go back and refer friends.
