Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Rewind Physio highly enough! I went to see Amir for severe back pain and sciatica… I couldn’t walk and I couldn’t sit. From the first appointment he was very reassuring and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what was happening, and gave me exercises that were easy to follow. He was always encouraging and adjusted my program as I improved. Thanks to his care, I’m back to doing everything I was able to do before. Most importantly, he taught me how to recover safely and gradually so I can avoid reinjuring myself. Fantastic experience: I’m really grateful to have the chance to work with Amir. While training for my latest half marathon, I wasn’t sure I’d even make it to the start line —but with his help, I did, and I felt strong and confident getting there. He’s super knowledgeable, but also really easy to work with. He takes the time to listen, explains things clearly, and adjusted everything based on my training schedule. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and their goals. I honestly don’t think I would’ve made it to race day without his support. Fantastic experience: Met with Chris and he quickly diagnosed an ankle issue that had stumped a few other physiotherapists in the past. Very happy trying out Rewind Physio after hearing a recommendation from a friend. I'm sure I'll have future injuries and will be back for those when I've sorted the current issue out.

He even opened the clinic on his personal time once just to make sure I could get an ankle brace I needed urgently. Fantastic experience: Absolutely best physio around! I went in for a bad shoulder and got to see Amir, after only two sessions I started seeing incredible results. I’m now almost completely pain free and can go back to normal life. Amir is a MIRACLE WORKER I can’t recommend him enough he is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, he’s always up to answer any questions or concern that u may have and will walk u through the steps to make u feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: I started my physio journey with Amir a little over a year ago. The first day I stumbled in using a cane and could barely stand up straight. After a thought out and progressive treatment plan I’m back to a fairly normal routine. This is a reoccurring injury for which I had back surgery to correct, however; my occupation is hard on my lower back as a full time driver. Amir has been great with not only a solid recovery plan but is very personable, professional and has an approachable easy going personality. Highly recommend Rewind Physio as your treatment centre.

Fantastic experience: After rolling my ankle at soccer I wasn’t sure if I’d be playing soccer again any time soon. Chris was able to help me gain mobility and strength back in a short time, he was extremely helpful and clear with our plan to get me back running. 12/10 would highly recommend, also very much recommend dry needling!!

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Amir for a shoulder issue. He is a great physiotherapist, really goes the extra mile in explaining what my body is going through and explains the science behind the treatment. The treatments are really hands on with needling, frictions, massage and coaching. Exercises are left as home work. His clinic is very clean and well equiped. Always on time and has an excellent scheduling and billing system. Being over 45 and active I anticipate needing his services for a while. Lol

Fantastic experience: I first stepped into rewind physio with a level two hamstring tear and gave them the impossible task of having me ready to play in the NSA world softball series in 3 weeks. Amir not only had me ready to play but gave me all the info I needed to keep it intact through a tough weekend battle of 8 full games where I helped my team fight to finish second!!! Amir I’ll see you tomorrow to get back to work on this leg for provincials at the end of September so we can come back with gold!!

Fantastic experience: I had injured my rotator cuff awhile back while playing sports. My arm was very limited on motion and I was experiencing major discomfort as well. Started doing sessions with Amir at Rewind and am greatful that I did! My range of motion has improved drastically and I am no longer in pain. I have followed Bert to different clinics the past few years and I always receive excellent treatment plans unique to my injuries. The building is impeccably clean, has a lot of natural lighting, and is quite spacious! I highly recommend going to Bert as he genuinely cares about your well-being. Fantastic experience: 5 stars for 5 star service! The entire team is awesome. I personally see Amir and it has been a game changer. He is patient and knowledgeable and really takes the time to understand what is causing the issue and helps to develop a plan to heal your body and set your body up to be able to maintain long term. After years of suffering nerve issues, they are almost eliminated now! Not to mention an accident throwing a wrench into things that required a pivot on treatment. Which was handled professionally and seemlessly by Amir. He took the stress and trauma out of what can be a very different situation. I would recommend him and the entire team for any physical issues you have. Even those you didn't realize a physiotherapist can help with. Don't settle with the "it's just the pain of life and getting older" mindset!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been struggling with hip and shoulder impingement for 6-7 years and have spent thousands on different physiotherapists. I eventually gave up but was recommended to Chris. Chris is the only one whom I’ve been able to make progress with. After several months of physio, I can barbell squat 185lbs and shoulder press 40lbs dumbbells with full range of motion! From not being able to sit or tie my shoes without pain (for years) to being able to do exercises I thought I’d never be able to do again is unbelievable. On top of that, I haven’t had pain in my shoulder blade for months! Not only is his protocol effective but he’s extremely empathetic and cares about his patients. I’ve always felt comfortable expressing my concerns to him and he always gave me the push to keep at it. Could not recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: Julie was a miracle worker! They are really do go the extra mile to make sure your feeling better every single time. Great care always! Migraine caused by pinched nerves right after Christmas just as we booked our family vacation for January... Not ideal to say the least. Julie put in the time and effort to really tailor her techniques to what was needed. And we are repeat customers now! My wife had bad neck pain which Rewind Physio was able to address and help out as well. Cant say enough good things about them!
