Negative experience: I was given an appointment at 5.30 p.m on September 10, 2025. I clearly mentioned while booking that it will be my wife's first visit. Normally it takes 1 hour for initial assesment and check up.when I called at 5.15 p.m to ask that I might be late by 10 mins, they asked me to hang on. I waited for 5 mins and they said no, it's not possible. Next, I asked okay, then I will come at 5.30 as per my booking time. They said unfortunately it's not possible because the clinic is going to be closed at 6 p.m. You guys should know this while booking. I was furious and did not say anything to them because the lady was just doing her duty. There is no sense to make an argument with her. But, it is sure that you guys lost 2 clients. Rather I choose Royal care clinic. They are kind and generous. They value my time and effort.

Negative experience: NOT A REAL PHYSICAL THERAPY PLACE! I would never have gone here based on some reviews, but my insurance sent me after an accident. They are terrible! They kept getting the injured side wrong, also ignoring my primary complaint, then they made me sit in a chair for the first month while they shined a light at me claiming this is physical therapy. Then, after I asked for real physical therapy, they handed me a couple sheets of paper exercises and sent me on my way after having me do each one once. Total of 10 mins appointment that they bill my insurance a ridiculous amount for. To make appointments longer, you can be waiting in the chair for over 15 mins because "someone needs to talk to you". Terrible place, don't go. I called my insurance and got reassigned somewhere better.

Negative experience: The Staff here are very Friendly. However I went in for a bad Shoulder was told it would take time to get results through this laser treatment. They wanted me 2 days a week for an hour of treatment and a bit of time with Therapist. Quite some time later I ran out of my coverage and still no results. When my policy renewed I Went some where else they are cheaper and I go once a week for about 30 mins and every week there is improvement. So Nice people but as for getting results I can not recommend. To much faith in the laser treatment which did nothing for me I feel I wasted my money as my policy only covered so much.

Fantastic experience: I had nasty right hip pain, walking was becoming difficult. I started having twinges on left side too as I began compensating for the wonky right. Pain would awaken me in the night. Did not take long to determine it was a misaligned pelvis. Began PT right away, 2x a week. Was given exercises for home, which at first were difficult. The more I did them though, the stronger I got. WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!!! I can walk without discomfort, and sleep through the night. The Staff here are very warm and welcoming. If I ever need physical therapy again, definitely returning here. 10/10

Fantastic experience: I received very good treatment in 2017 and again in 2023. I had concerns about the history in my file. The owner reached out to me personally to clear the matter. I've seen good team work and coordination between the care workers at this clinic. I highly recommend We Fix U. C. Gauthier

Fantastic experience: I have been going to we fix you Peterborough off and on for the last year. I wasn’t sold on the idea that physiotherapy would be able to fix my ailments initially - I thought I was a lost cause and would just have to ‘suck it up’ and deal with the chronic pain. However, I can honestly say I have been extremely surprised at the outcome of my regular appointments here and my increased level of mobility and decrease level of pain. Julie really does fix you! I now eagerly await my appointments with her because I know I am going to immediately feel relief. I was in to see her yesterday for shoulder pain and after only one treatment I already felt improvement in my mobility and significant decrease in pain. Julie is professional, responsive and extremely knowledgable in what she does. The entire team there at we fix you are approachable, helpful and a pleasure to work with to meet your health needs. Fantastic experience: I attend WFU for massage therapy and it is always a great experience. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming and my massage therapist Michelle is excellent at her job and very accommodating. Thank you for your amazing service!

Fantastic experience: I just recently had my first ever massage here and overall, my experience was amazing!! The staff are so super kind. Mary the massage therapist made me feel very comfortable and was clearly knowledgeable in her work. This was an awesome first experience, I can't wait to go again!! (shout out to Michaela ;) she's awesome!!!!)

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of meeting both Julie and Mary for acupuncture and massage therapy for a back injury. I would highly recommend them both for treatment! They are knowledgeable and professional at all times. I was very impressed with both of their services.

Fantastic experience: I came to We-Fix-U in March of 2020 just before COVID hit and closed everything down. I went 2.5 months without being able to have treatment on a torn tendon due to the shutdown. After doing all that I could to keep the pain at bay, I was able to get back in for treat the very first week they were back up and running! Within 6 weeks my arm was healed only to have my other one run tminto issues with a compressed nerve and tendonitis. Julie Alstom and the Staff at the Peterborough location have been fabulous, and although my rehab has taken a long time to get me back to full working order, we are almost there! It is great going to Physio every week as it feels welcoming and like a good little girl chat to take your mind off all that is going on with this crazy pandemic! I highly recommend receiving treatment with the We-fix-u Peterborough location.

Fantastic experience: The perfect clinic for a variety of services. Chiropody, massage with either Michelle or Mary and physiotherapy (both manual and cold laser) with Julie and the PTA Michaela. The Staff are warm and welcoming and are with you every step of the way from the start of treatment until the end. Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Very disappointing. Minimal assessment followed by laser where I was left alone for 20 minutes. The therapist never touched my knee and spent maybe 2 minutes with me after the laser. Despite my complaint to the owner I doubt anything has changed as he finds “ it difficult to be on top of everything” . What a statement ! This is your company and if you are taking money from people ($700 in my case) you have to be more aware of what is going on.

Fantastic experience: ***Updated*** - after discussing the issue with processing my claim We-Fix-U contacted me and helped to resolve it. If you plan to submit a benefit claim after your visit (i.e. not direct billing) make sure to let them know so that they can assign you to a professional that is registered with your insurance company. Based on their follow-up I would return to We-Fix-U in the future. Original post: Good service, however be aware that they are no longer approved by Sunlife so you cannot submit claims. I will not be going again

Fantastic experience: Julie, Michelle and Amelia are ALWAYS all super helpful and amazing to interact with. I have been seeing Julie for physio here and Michelle for massage for nearly 2 years and would highly recommend them. Their team is compassionate, non-judgmental and always have your best interest at top of mind. Amelia who works the front desk is efficient, smart and accommodating. The trust and relationships I have developed with them has surpassed any expectations I could have had. You wont be disappointed should you choose to seek them for care.

Fantastic experience: After my motor vehicle accident in July, I checked out We-Fix-U. Staff have been very helpful, knowledgeable and have managed to help me regain mobility in my neck and shoulder. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic experience: Good but expensive

Positive experience: This is my ''go to'' treatment clinic, accessible, parking right there. Bus stop nearby too. Very friendly and professional front desk staff. Julie is the only Physiotherapist I've been treated by. For a few years now she's kept me going with physio and moral support. As well, Brooke the Chiropodist does great work. It has reduced my pain and improved my ability to walk more. Recently, I started to receive therapeutic massage from RMT Michelle and am pleased she understands the extent of my mobility limitations. I would recommend We Fix U in Peterborough

Fantastic experience: I have been a client since shortly after they opened. I followed Julie when she moved as she has been my therapist for quite a long time (years). The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The added bonus is they will do direct billing to my insurance provider removing that additional responsibility from me. Very pleased and highly recommend. In fact I referred my spouse to them (Julie) and she is as happy with the service as I am.

Negative experience: I would not recommend going there. . Staff were friendly enough. However.the physiotherapy was not at all as good as other places I have been.. one day I went in and one leg was hurting from the hip down and I left with both legs hurating from hip down.. I had to suggest the next visit which was my last that I receive acupunture which again was very inferior to what I have had from other practitioners.

Fantastic experience: Have always had good service. It is nice to go to physiotherapist that takes the time to work on you. It is not the in and out in 15 min.

Fantastic experience: I have attended many physio clinics in the past and none have compared to the treatment I received at We Fix-U Peterborough. My physiotherapist Julie was amazing and for once my back pain is gone. Would highly recommend anyone needing treatment to check them out!!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic physiotherapy clinic. Julie is knowledgeable, understanding, and incredibly supportive. The treatment i have received under her care for a traumatic shoulder injury has quite literally changed my life. It is wonderful to be in the care of a facility that actively advocates for their clients health. I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about We Fix U, and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Best one in the city

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience here. I normally see a sports therapist but a time restraint forced me to find someone new last minute. I am an active individual, I work as a fitness instructor and have my own workout routine. I am used to a certain assessment procedure, a broad scope of knowledge and an over all thorough session. I felt like I was asking more questions than what was divulged, I wasn't given any exercises or stretches to do and there was a very minimal physical assessment. I was sent home with little to no strategy for my recovery, other than come back for more laser treatment. Perhaps it may have been better for someone with a less active lifestyle, however it did not meet my standards.

Positive experience: I went to We Fix U in Peterborough for Planter Fasciitis. Upon visiting there l found out the root cause was my pelvis was not rotating causing my leg to be shorter then the other which caused my Planter Fasciitis. I was treat by Seham and Laura. They worked very will together as at team. Pleasant atmosphere during my visits. They never rushed through my appointments and made me feel l was the most important patient when l was there, as they did for all the patients. I will defiantly request Seham for any Physiotherapy care l required in the future. Thanks Ladies, Laurie White
