Fantastic experience: Excellent care received! Physio Therapist Nikita was extremely personable and knowledgeable. When I was ready for more, she knew exactly what my next step was and answered any questions I gave her with confidence. Noah and Maddie (Kineseologists) always took the time to answer any questions I had and gave me suggestions along the way. Receptionist Kiana always greeted me at the door and showed patience and flexibility whenever life situations happened and I needed to change the schedule. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: CBI health helped me recover from a lower back injury. Right away Nikita one of the physiotherapist diagnosed me with a disc protrusion and after an MRI she was 100% correct, she was treating the injury before I even knew what was wrong. I also saw Mike the chiropractor he was so great, personable, gentle and kind. Very knowledgeable about my injury and also how to help my pain management thru out my time at the clinic. I found all staff were helpful, caring and genuinely there to help you. They know when it’s a bad day for you and they do all they can to get you thru or adjust exercises to target the right muscles to get your strength and stamina back. Fantastic experience: I am very happy with the personalized service and care provided at CBI. Physiotherapist Sarah Guy has provided me with excellent assessment, care, programming and advice as I’ve been dealing with a calf strain. 5 weeks ago I could barely walk; now. I can do most of my daily activities pain free and with confidence and renewed strength! I look forward to continued care and specific exercises from Sarah, which will hopefully keep me limber and active, and help me eventually transition to occasional check-ins rather than regular weekly appts. Fantastic experience: I have been going to CBI Gold Square North for 5 years. I've done multiple primary and a couple tertiary programs there. The staff are amazing! Everyone from the receptionist to management are amazing! They are all very professional, personable, and know what they are doing. They are willing to work with you with whatever your needs are for therapy. They try to help in every possible way, if it's not working for you, they'll figure out something that will. Fantastic experience: Administration staff is very helpful with paperwork and programs available for coverage. Physiotherapist listened and made sure my child was comfortable during the appointments. We learned a lot about the recovery process. My child understands that the exercises will help with recovery. Their office was A1 from beginning to end!!
Fantastic experience: I have been a client for the last 3 months and I love it here. Everyone is really nice and make you feel at home. The physiotherapist is the person I am seeing and they have sat down with me and have helped me through my injury. I am almost to a full recovery and couldn't be more thankful.
