Fantastic experience: Amazing staff and great service.

Fantastic experience: Had devastating headaches from post concussion syndrome. Felt like I wasn't making any progress. Dr. David Chambers quickly sorted me out with vestibular eye exercises, diet, and coaching along with some Chiro to the neck and shoulders. I can not believe how much better I feel and how fast the results came about. He is a staunch professional, extremely knowledgeable, and has a very reassuring demeanor. I've worked alongside many physio, chiro, and other rehabilitation professionals over the years due to injuries. David is in the top 5 I've ever worked with...and thats a big list.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a 1-hour massage therapy session with RMT Sydney today, and she is by far the best RMT I’ve ever met! She completely relieved the pain in my left shoulder, and I’m so thankful for her incredible work. Sydney clearly knows exactly what she’s doing and provides such a professional, effective, and relaxing experience. Truly an awesome RMT in North Bay! I’ll definitely be recommending her to my family and friends. ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Simply the best - I was suffering from a knee injury that caused other issues as time was passing on - right from the first visit, I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Cheryl is so professional and informative, she answered all my questions and made suggestions that I always followed up with that have helped my healing process. I received shockwave treatment as well as Needling, both of which Cheryl is very well versed in. I am more than grateful for being referred to Symetrics and would 100% recommend checking in with them

Negative experience: Really unprofessional phone call interaction with the receptionist. I was called about an appointment I didn’t recall making, and I called back to address a voicemail where they mentioned my personal info and specific time for the appointment and the receptionist hung up after just saying “must’ve been a mistake” without even making sure it was properly canceled. I had to call again and spoke to someone else to get it canceled.

Fantastic experience: This health team is highly professional and compassionate. . I have been going there for 10 years and have had nothing but positive experiences and outcomes with physio, Chiro,needling and naturopath. There are also bilingual services. Danielle’s core values and strong leadership is apparent in all aspects of this business. I highly recommend for your physical health needs!

Fantastic experience: Alison, the pelvic physiotherapist, and all the people I interacted with at Symetrics are very professional and courteous. Alison is thorough, she took her time to do assessment and explain in detail. I’m impressed and wasn’t expecting this level of care.

Negative experience: I did not get the treatment I was looking for and I was just given 5 mins of ultrasound and 10 mins of massage in 1 hour of time for $120, will I come back no.

Fantastic experience: I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care and treatment I received from Jessica Petrusma, Naturopath, at Symetrics. I walked in dealing with a frustrating injury, but walked out feeling so much better. Jessica's expertise and thoughtful approach made all the difference. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Last minute cancelation. Not willing to accommodate a deal for a different service. Total inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: Ten years ago, my chiropractor told me that my degenerative disc disease would one day reach a point where he could no longer help me. That day came in 2024 and I received a referral from my doctor to Symetrics for physiotherapy. The receptionists are excellent, without exception, and after my first visit I realized I should have started it years before. I now go to Jody Luesby weekly for the rapid pain relief I receive from her treatments. She's also given me a great deal of education about my illness and tips and techniques to relieve the sleepy arms, tingly fingers (I'm a writer so that matters a great deal) and the headaches that can come from compressed nerves when a disc slips, which happens multiple times each day. She's given me exercises to help strengthen my core, to help relieve my lower back pain. The high rate of professionalism there is exemplary! Between Jody at Symetrics and my doctor, I now can sleep much better, the interruptions to my day have lessened a great deal and I feel I am well cared for. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jessica Petrusma, Naturopathic Doctor has been instrumental in helping me get my health back on track. I have felt heard and understood throughout my health journey with PCOS. Dr Petrusma and her medial guidance has been helping me not only feel better physically but mentally as well. I recently had acupuncture and experienced much relief on my jaw tension and should tightness. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Symetrics for several years (maybe more!). They are a multidisciplinary clinic that takes care of all my health care needs. I am greeted with a friendly smile and banter every time I walk in. On my best or worst day, the team is always friendly, caring and compassionate. Fantastic experience: Went to Symetrics with a knee issue that had me in constant pain. Had an appointment with Chris S. who examined my knee and asked many questions to find out just what the problem was. After an initial treatment and being provide with specific exercises to augment the treatment my knee issue started to improve. Subsequent treatments further improved my knee. Chris knew I was a runner so some of what he did was aimed at that. I am very with my treatment and the progress I have made. Chris explained everything to me so I could understand the methodology of the treatment. I highly recommend the service Symetrics offers. Thank you Chris.

Fantastic experience: I saw Ali for pelvic floor physio during my pregnancy and postpartum, and she is amazing! Not only did she help with my pelvic floor issues (which is her specialty) but she also gave me exercises to help with other issues I happened to mention during my visit. She goes above and beyond to help her patients as best as she can. I recommend her to every mom I know who has similar issues as I did!

Fantastic experience: For over 20 years Symetrics has been my "go to" provider whenever I have an injury or mobility issue. They have made a huge difference in my quality of life through their ability to diagnose the source of my pain/discomfort, treat the issue and provide feedback on exercise and rehabilitation. Amazing team! They have allowed me to continue to do the things I love including golf, travel, cycling and working out.

Fantastic experience: Physio with Jody…where do I begin?! She got me feeling like myself again and there’s no way to ever put a value in that. Chiro with Dave has been the best chiropractic experience of my life. You are not just a number, you’re a person and he takes the time to get to know you. Incredible practitioner. Dr Jess is the most credible, intuitive, easy to talk to medical professional I’ve ever dealt with. If you can’t find answers to your health issues, you will not regret seeing her. Fantastic experience: For a long time I suffered from Adrenal Fatigue - the result of my body being in fight or flight mode for too long. The cause of which remains unknown to me to this day. Perhaps it was the late nights and high-stress of post-secondary or the cumulative effect of the rigours of life. Regardless, I was having trouble getting to sleep, staying asleep, and even when it seemed like I should have had a good sleep, I was waking up tired and without energy. Jen, my spouse, directed me to see a Naturopath that she had been seeing since a young age and so I reluctantly complied believing at the time that Naturopathy was frivolous “witchcraft” as I liked to call it. But it didn’t take long to change my tone entirely on the subject when the supplements prescribed enabled me to get to sleep easily, stay asleep for the duration of the night, and wake up feeling refreshed and energized. The treatment was so effective that I felt no need to go back and see the Naturopath I was seeing at the time for a couple years and found myself suddenly found myself without a Naturopath after they took an early retirement after suffering a major health event. My wife eventually found a new Naturopath in town who she loves and I was still waiting for a need to arise before I went to see her new Naturopath. Enter BNI and Dr. Jessica. After a very enjoyable walking 121 with Dr. Jess, I decided that I wanted to see her partly because I liked her personality and partly because I wanted to support a fellow BNI member. At the intake appointment, Dr. Jess was extremely thorough in getting to know my health situation and was able to recommend some treatment options for things I was complaining about. After our second visit, I got to experience the magic of the acupuncture treatment she specializes in and have a treatment plan developed to address the sense of burnout I was living with after a very taxing month. I have been sticking to Dr. Jess’s treatment plan now for about a month and I am starting to see the positive changes she described. I’m excited to have her as a health partner knowing how knowledgeable and thorough she is not to mention that she is an absolute joy to be around. To those who have not seen a Naturopath, there are treatments and medicines that have been around and been effective far longer than any Western/modern options. These treatments are less invasive and more focused on solving the root cause of the issue rather than masking the symptoms. Traditional medicine is, in my opinion, the best way to address health concerns early and be that touchstone guide to a healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend Dr. Jess as your healthcare partner. I can confidently assure you that you will not be disappointed. Thank you Dr. Jess for your incredible expertise and care!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend, I went in to meet with John, and I really appreciate his input to help me prevent long-term injury. He took the time with me to figure out what challenges I have and provided me with solutions to fix it. I would highly recommend going to Symetrics for your physio needs.

Negative experience: Assembly line physiotherapy and substandard care. Saw the physiotherapist for a very short time and then was passed off to the assistant who is an unregulated health professional. No privacy in the curtain rooms. If your physiotherapy is paid for by the government, they treat you like they’re doing you a big favour. The only reason why they are still in business is because they are subsidized by the government.

Fantastic experience: Danielle Cousineau of Symetrics is the Guru of all Gurus when it comes to physiotherapy. She is very thorough and explains things so clearly. I was informed and educated by her. I left her office feeling very assured that I was now in good hands. Thank you for your amazing help Danielle.
