Fantastic experience: Such a great experience at Kids Physio with Casey! My son was pretty apprehensive going in after breaking his elbow, but she made him feel comfortable right away and kept everything fun and engaging. He had a blast and didn't want to leave :) Casey also gave me a really clear sense of where he's at in his recovery and what we can work on at home. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: We had a great experience at Kids Physio Group with Casey. She was incredibly warm, gentle, and patient during the physiotherapy assessment, and we really appreciated how respectful she was when our baby became visibly overwhelmed — she never forced anything and made the whole experience feel very supportive and caring. We’ve been to both the Cambie and North Vancouver locations, and the staff at both clinics have always been professional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: We had to cancel our appointment due to a legitimate family emergency. Following that, both my husband and I received repeated calls from staff demanding payment, which felt unnecessary and completely lacking in understanding or compassion. I reached out via email to express my disappointment with how the situation was handled, but never received a response. This experience was enough for me to not recommend this business, as they do not appear to genuinely care about families or their circumstances.

Fantastic experience: We had an appointment with Jo, for my 9 year old daughter. All I can say is Jo is absolutely AMAZING, patient, fun, knowledgeable, kind and brilliant with kids. I love the brain-body connection she made with my daughter's plantar fasciitis, it makes so much sense, and the exercises she gave us to work on are fun and more of a game than an exercise, which makes it more likely for my daughter (and me) to stick with them. The Kids Physio offices are welcoming, the front desk staff are so friendly, just an all round amazing place for kids (and parents:)).

Fantastic experience: Rhiannon was great with my son. She's very knowledgeable and helped create a reasonable plan to help ease his symptoms.

Fantastic experience: Cassidy was phenomenal with my daughter and helped her feel comfortable during her initial assessment appointment. She thoroughly evaluated her ankles and put together a treatment plan. We left feeling relieved, knowing she got the support she needed and is on the road to healing. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: We've seen two Physios now through Kids Physio Group (for an ongoing issue from 6-9 months old, and again now at 2 and a half). Both have been excellent! We most recently saw Audrey Cullis. I appreciate that my daughter has always been made to feel incredibly comfortable with what's going on and we've been given a thorough understanding of what is going on with her. Great space and great people :)

Fantastic experience: Extremely thorough and professional evaluation.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at Kids Physio. I booked a 1hr appointment (website price: $150 per hour). I had 10 month old twins and phoned in advance to make sure this was ok. After the appointment, I was shocked to see that I had been charged $280. I assumed this was a mistake so I emailed and phoned 7 times, but was told that charges are per child, so this was correct. In fact, I should have been charged $300 for twins so I should be happy with a discount (!!) Eventually they agreed to a minor price reduction. I’ve since been going to physio through public health and had a much better experience- fantastic therapist, really accommodating with twins, and free. If you are going to Kids Physio I would recommend: 1. Check your invoice before you leave 2. If you have twins, avoid! Or book 2 appointments as you will be charged this regardless‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I had my daughter's first appointment with Casey yesterday, following her recent leg cast removal. She was absolutely thrilled with her session and is extremely motivated to do her exercises. After just one session, she's already able to take a few steps without assistance. And for the French-speaking residents of the North Shore, it's worth mentioning that Casey speaks French! Casey has been a wonderful and effective therapist, and we're looking forward to the progress my daughter will continue to make under her guidance. We highly recommend her services to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Fantastic experience: Casey Legault is amazing! We started seeing Casey when my oldest was 6 months. I initially just went for a developmental check up and then as things I was concerned about came up, I knew exactly who to keep going back to! Casey is amazing with babies and toddlers (my children’s age range) and so knowledgeable about their development. She validated my concerns, helped me understand what was going on with my kiddos bodies and gave me things to work on to support my children’s development. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Positive experience: This was our first visit to set up a physiotherapy program. Cassie was friendly and knowledgeable. She made my teen son comfortable and validated him on his ability and knowledge.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Kids Physio Group more highly! They were exactly what I needed when my 8 year old woke up with a severely kinked neck. Our physiotherapist (Kiersten) was approachable, child centered, and truly effective. She worked on my son for an hour and explained pain and treatment in terms that he could understand and relate to. We left with a much improved situation and an action plan for the next few days. Excellent follow up as well. This place is truly a gem!

Fantastic experience: Kiersten is amazing. She has helped my son so much in such a short time. She is very patient and intuitive. She knows just how to keep my son engaged(he has ASD and ADD). We are always excited to see her. It warms my heart knowing there are people like her who go above and beyond to help children like my son.

Fantastic experience: We had a great assessment with Casey. My daughter has sensory processing issues and can be very intimidated in unfamiliar situations and Casey put her at ease right away. She was having a blast playing and exploring while having her first experience with physiotherapy :) It can be difficult for my daughter to listen and follow directions and I was so impressed with how well she was able to follow along, do the “obstacle course”, and how well Casey adapted the session so she was always comfortable and felt safe and happy. It couldn’t have gone any better.

Her kindness and professional attitude helped my strict daughter easily cooperate with her. The staff also were so kind, and everything ran fast and cleared. Fantastic experience: My eight-year-old nephew says this: "It is a good gym for kids. It has an upstairs lounge and a gymnastics gym for kids to play in. And I am bored of all the Covid-19 and miss going here. Because this gym is very good with a friendly receptionist. The clinic also has a downstairs room with a treadmill, sports balls, mats, and lots of other physio things and stuff for kids to use with their physiotherapist." ~Markus W.

Fantastic experience: We've been seeing Kiersten to rehab my 7 yr old's broken collarbone. They are so wonderful with kids and make the exercises in fun games. My daughter LOVES going and always asks me when she's going back. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We've been going to Kids Physio for the last couple years. Maegan is amazing! She works all the soccer aches and pains out of my 10 year old in a way that's both fun for him and works. Highly recommend!
