My treatment included shockwave therapy, cupping, dry needling, and a personalized exercise program. Over the following weeks, my knee improved consistently. Both my OB and family doctor couldn’t give me any answers. Within minutes of describing my issue, they were able to give me an answer - SI joint pain. As a new mom, it can be hard to find time to take care of ourselves. I was invited to bring my infant with me so that I didn’t have to choose between getting better and taking care of my little one.
