Fantastic experience: As a result of injuries sustained in a motor-vehicle accident, my insurance company recommended Lifemark Physiotherapy. During eight months of rehab, the front-desk staff were always polite and friendly. The physiotherapist assigned to my case, Evan, was knowledgeable and possessed a compasssionate, professional manner. He was always attentive and proactive in providing the best care. I would return to Lifemark in the future for treatment if needed, no question about it.

Fantastic experience: Staff at Lifemark Physiotherapy are great. From my Physiotherapist Evan to the customer service personnel. Evan took time to guide me in every step towards my healing and even advocated for me when I was not sure I want to continue. I particularly appreciate the patience and understanding with no judgment even when I was unable to do some of the exercises recommended at home. I also really like the regular reminder from emails to text messages. The area is easy to locate with enough parking spots. They have variety of equipment that matches the need of everyone, even something to go home with. Oh I didn't mention the simulated exercises to guide you at home? They provide. I highly recommend them for your physiotherapy sessions.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Tarrah at Lifemark Physiotherapy for my chronic neck injury. She took the time to understand my daily routine and habits and how it might be contributing. I appreciated that she checked in about my comfort level in responding to pain or pressure while she was working on my neck; she always explained what she was going to do and how it might feel beforehand. She also gave helpful exercises and guidance I could follow at home. The entire staff is very welcoming which made it an even better experience.

Fantastic experience: A+ professional health care. The physiotherapists take a lot of time to listen to your problems. They then develop a comprehensive plan to assist in your recovery. You’re provided with a detailed printout of the exercises to follow until the next visit. Lifemark is an efficient oasis in a horrible health care system

Negative experience: Booked with them for the first time after injuring my back and having a lot of mobility problems. They called me the day before my appointment at 430pm to reschedule me A week later. Apparently they booked me with someone who is new and unable to do physiotherapy on "private" patients (whatever that means, I have health insurance). I'm sure the physiotherapist's there are great, but the receptionist who books patients could use assistance. Having to wait an additional week when you are in pain is not a great experience.

Fantastic experience: The (PCVRS) team that was created for my rehab was and is extraordinary. From the moment I walked into this clinic I was greeted by happy and friendly admin staff at the front desk. Dwayne took the time to explain absolutely everything I was to expect and promptly answered all questions. I worked with OT, Chiro/physio, Kinesiologist and a few more externally all I can say is wow. They brought me from ground zero to where I am today, they all worked hard to work around my limitations and to make me the best I could be. They all went above and beyond and highly recommend the team at Life Mark. 10 out of 5 stars. Trish H

N they only cover 6 times Im writing again because Asha is amazing and my time with her has been great shes really good at what she does and the atmosphere is good im giving a 5 start my knees are getting better with exercise for osteoartheritis .good for my knees if i can do it at least 4 out 7 days a week thats great for me

The issue was handled in a very timely manner and they were a pleasure to have as my therapists. They were able to explain everything with a patient and kind approach. I highly recommend Lifemark.

Fantastic experience: Vasha initially met with me first to determine my needs after my complete knee replacement. I started working with Ryan and then Ash. They were all exceptional and tailored my exercises for my particular problem areas. They were understanding, and gave excellent remedies. Negative experience: It started off great. Intake was easy after our accident and the assessment went smoothly. The treatment plan was put in place and physio started. Now I have this location 3 stars as 1/2 the experience was good and the other half was definitely not. I was tempted to give 2 stars as the after support and politics involved in our cases being closed should never have happened and was pushed through because the last remaining physiotherapist was leaving. There are some really good people who worked here and helped us, but our overall experience was severely tainted when the switch was happening back in December 2022. Joy, who is apparently some big wig from some other city came to take over and informed the staff to discharge us as we were near the end of our "minor injury" status, despite us both having chronic ongoing pain and myself having preexisting conditions that kept my treatments from having the effect they should have. This was said and then blamed on the previous P/T. This all being said, the lack of ongoing support, the lack of clear management and the poor transfer to a new P/T was so very disappointing and caused our ongoing treatment to be on hold for months. On the advice of a lawyer I've since approached a different company and things are already more health and medical focussed. I do NOT recommend dealing with this company even if your insurance company has them as one of the priority companies they prefer to deal with.

Fantastic experience: I have been to Lifemark for various reasons over the last few years. The massage therapist Sean is fabulous and was able to resolve my concerns. Ryan and Varsha were my physotherapists and were very professional and provided excellent physio. I was able to recover much faster than my surgeon expected. Excellent care

Sean is talented, knowledgeable and this is the first time after a massage, I felt relieve from chronic issues. Fantastic experience: My recent experience with my rotator cuff issue, I was sent to Lifemark for physio on my shoulder. Shiv was my physiotherapist for shoulder issue. Fantastic experience: My recent experience with Lifemark Physio Kingston was very professional, from the day before email reminder for each appointment, to the welcome upon arrival, ending with treatments for my hip issues by Shiv. Shiv listened to each of my pains or troublesome areas, then addressed them confidently each visit, I was never felt rushed and was carefully advised,, as one would expect on a Physio visit. Much appreciated!

Fantastic experience: On Dec.6, I spoke to the woman in intake who transferred me to reception to schedule an appointment. I left a detailed message, they say they will return phone calls within 24/48 hrs...they don't, they never returned my call to setup an evaluation. Lifemark Physiotherapy is losing money and clients because the office staff don't care. I spoke to Kathryn, scheduled an evaluation and we're moving forward with consistent appointments. Thank you for taking the time to resolve the problem.

Fantastic experience: I was so pleased with Shiv and the service he provided. He really took the time to listen and try to help with my injury. All of the recommendations he suggested helped and I feel much better now due to his knowledge and compassion!

Negative experience: Horrible experience. Not sure how they’re rated so high. I took a screenshot of a lady’s review back in early May who was having a similar experience who’s review has mysteriously since disappeared (so I attached a screenshot) I started having major issues with the professionalism of the office staff less than 2 months after beginning treatment here. My physio appointment was cancelled 20 minutes before (not the 1st time this has happened during my time spent there) and I was unable to reschedule my appointment for quite some time only to find out by another staff member at a different appointment that my physiotherapist was on medical leave. It would have been nice to have been notified and had a plan in place for a new physiotherapist so that my treatment was minimally disrupted! So I waited weeks to have an appointment with a new physiotherapist set up. I had a consult with her, she was great, I was looking forward to working with her, then I get a call saying she’s also gone on medical leave and I’d have to wait for them to find a replacement before I could restart my treatment again. I continued to go to kinesiology and massage therapy appointments in the meantime. About 4 months in I started getting harassed by the front desk staff about payment even though it was all through insurance. They were very unprofessional in the way they were trying to deal with the billing issues. Everything was fine for a couple months. I went in there today and was told that “their staff don’t work for free” (their words) and that they needed me to pay them. (Again, this was through my insurance) I walked out, as I was so upset with the way I was being talked to. And this hasn’t been the first time. Besides Kathleen at the front desk, who was always polite and helpful, the other receptionist was very unpleasant to deal with, and the staff there were aware as well, they always told me to call back later when a different staff member was working. This place is a mess. I feel like I’ve wasted 7 months of my life. My physical condition has barely improved overall in the last few months, despite me being diligent with attending and booking appointments (and I’ll note, that very much was left up to me to make sure I was booked in, as they didn’t seem to care about making a treatment plan and sticking to it) I have put way too much trust and patience into this shoddy business and I’m hoping someone reads this and looks elsewhere. As if dealing with the physical and mental pain of an accident isn’t hard enough, this place just makes your life harder. Shame on this place for making already vulnerable people feel like the dirt beneath their feet when someone is already at rock bottom.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Lifemark Kingston. After being involved in a MVA, I was referred to Lifemark by my auto insurance adjuster for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and massage therapy. During my time I had the pleasure of being seen by Kathryn Dunikowski, Rachel Avery, Sean Dunikowski, and Sebastien Dance as my treatment team. They were knowledgeable, compassionate, and patient with my recovery process. At first, I was quite nervous about my recovery and its impact on my life - but with their support, I felt confident. They always listened to my needs and met me where I was at. I cannot thank them enough - I can only say great things about them all!

Fantastic experience: I had my first physio appointment ever today with Kathryn and it was by far one of the best "health related" experiences I've had. I've never been listened to as well as I was today and while my hip issue wasn't obvious from the outset, she kept with it and trying many different things until we could pinpoint where the problems are coming from. Up until today I've never had a professional take into account everything I was telling them about the pain I experience and ask so many questions to make sure they really understand what I'm trying to express, while performing her own assessment.

Over the course of 2 months I received amazing treatment from Kathryn and Sean. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The front desk made me feel taken care of every time. I highly recommend LifeMark and will definitely go back if I need any further treatment.

Fantastic experience: I went here for 6-8 weeks and when I had come in for my initial appointment I was met with a fair amount of paperwork because of where my injury was but also by WONDERFUL and caring staff. All of the receptionists I met were wonderful and they seemed to remember everyone who came and went. My work made me feel like I was faking my injury but at Lifemark they made me feel like everything I said and every bit of pain I felt was not judged or dismissed. Any issue or concern I had they worked with me through every step and always continued to make sure I was okay through every step. I strongly recommend Mike and his team :)
