Fantastic experience: Maggie is the best! I suffered a shoulder dislocation. With a few treatments she helped me gain my mobility back. Maggie is able to really dig deep into stubborn tight muscles and get them to release.

Fantastic experience: Had my neck worked on by Furquan, a physiotherapist there. He was so knowledgeable and professional. Knew exactly where the pain was and how to treat it! I’m so impressed. If I have other issues I will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great experience with Allison. I had a sudden flare up of TMJ/neck/back, which led to sudden hearing loss. Allison did dry needling, something I’ve never done before, it’s already improved after two sessions. Allison is very professional, listens throughly and ensures optimal therapy/treatment. Very impressed with her skills. Highly recommend her to anyone suffering with severe TMJ, neck back issues, she’s fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE Physio & Co. A driver struck my vehicle while I was stopped at a stop sign in July and I was in a lot of pain from this. Since then I've been working with physio, massage and chiro and it's completely changed my life. I'm not in pain anymore and I feel so much stronger and mobile. Such professional and friendly staff in all areas. I'm so thankful for this place.

Fantastic experience: I have only had 1 appointment, but the staff was very friendly. I got in quick and had Vanessa, for a workplace shoulder injury. She is super warm, welcoming and even though it is my first time ever needing physio, i felt comfortable. I would have pushed myself, but she picked up on slight tells that i was in pain. She winded down the session and got me to ice it. She also, made sure i get things i need like ice packs and reistance bands.

Negative experience: Allison and all of the therapists I’ve seen (massage) are amazing but the company itself as a whole isn’t fit. I’ve had to cancel a few (4 in the last 2 years) because i was suffering with migraines to the point that I couldn’t drive to the appts. They have since penalized me for being such and not letting me book my appointment until day of…. You cannot get an appointment with massage unless you book 2 weeks in advance so I have been left to suffer in pain from this company. They expect me to get out on the road and possibly cause an accident due to vision problems caused by migraines. Wouldn’t send my worst enemy here, like I said the therapists are great. But the rest of them aren’t fit. How can I know 24 hours in advance that I’m going to have a migraine?

Negative experience: Raya is a great massage therapist - I would give her 5 stars. The company as a whole doesn't get that many stars. The chiropractor basically called me lazy and the reason for my medical issues was "lying around" after I expressed a genuine concern about having tightness in my muscles. Lying around is not something I have time for in my life. Judgement was passed onto me after being 2 minutes late for a appointment. Life happened and I became stuck in traffic. 2 minutes after my start time for my appointment, the male receptionist called me to say I was 2 minutes late and that I should reschedule. When I arrived, I was asked to reschedule even though I had time left in my booked appointment. I would understand if I was 10-15 min late, not 2. On multiple occasions, I was asked to reschedule my appointments or they were cancelled. Would recommend Raya, but nothing else about this company.

Fantastic experience: In my 51 years of life I’ve had my fair share of injuries and surgeries so I’ve been to plenty of Physical/Physio Therapy clinics. Vanessa Foote and the staff at Physio & Co. are absolutely the best around. She and the staff consistently go above and beyond what is expected. She’s always prompt, actually listens to my concerns, and answers any questions I have about my treatment. I’m being seen for a back injury and I know I still have a ways to go, but with her help I have come a long way from where I started. Raya Parsons has been my massage therapist working in conjunction with Mrs. Foote. Ms. Parsons massages have been key to helping me get my mobility and range of motion back. Also like Mrs. Foote she is always prompt, answers any and all questions, and genuinely cares about patient recoveries. Also, Jody the receptionist should be commended for the fantastic job she does keeping the place running smoothly and efficiently while answering phones, booking appointments, greeting patients, and dealing with insurance, all while being cheerful and friendly. Highly recommend this branch of Physio & Company.

Fantastic experience: 3 weeks ago, I read a post about dry needling. I was experiencing tightness in my legs and feet for months and a burning sensation in my feet that kept me awake at night. I tried acupuncture, chiropractor, massage, and countless exercises. I am amazed and very thankful for the positive results I am experiencing from dry needling. It has released the painful pressure and tightness in my muscles, and I no longer experience the burning sensation. Allisons treatment have had amazing results. Her explanation of the procedure helped ease my concerns, and it helped knowing she has many years of experience working in this field. Dry needling can help solve many health issues. If you experience pain or discomfort reach out to Allison you will be glad you did.

You are greeted by 2 amazing ladies at the front counter that always have a smile and are happy to help you with your scheduling of appointments. You know it’s a great place to work because everyone is so cheerful. They all know you by name. It is like walking into a friends house for a visit. Chantal is a fabulous physiotherapist. In a world where you are just a number she definitely makes you feel like a person. She makes a plan to get you back to where you want to be. She is Extremely knowledgeable. Nadia Bell is who I see for massage and she is so amazing words don’t do it justice. She is the best massage therapist I have ever went to. A little hard sometimes to get into see but definitely worth the wait.
