Fantastic experience: FINALLY a personable, down to earth, knowledgeable and professional physiotherapist who truly understands body dynamics! While I’ve only just started sessions, I feel so hopeful again of returning to a pain free baseline after being plagued for +6mths with range of motion/shoulder limitations. To date, there were no other forms of therapeutic intervention (Chiro, massage, stretching, physio etc) that were effective to eliminate the pain, discomfort and immobility that I was experiencing. Finally after seeing Eric, I felt like someone finally understood my pain. Not only does Eric provide in depth advice, recommendations and interventions during visits, but also post visits with personalized exercises (dedicated secure app with videos/ progress record) tailored to meet your needs. Fantastic experience: Eric is a miracle worker. Seen him years ago for a frozen shoulder that was damaged for 10 years from my late 20s. Nothing worked. He had it functional after 3 visits. Been back and forth for stuff over the years and he always manages to fix me up from whatever I seem to do to myself. I might add that we moved to BC almost 2 years ago and I chose to wait until we came back to deal with my shoulder after the latest injury. Yes, he’s that good and yes, he is aggressive but he gets my mobility back when nobody else comes close. Can’t speak highly enough of this man

Negative experience: Not a peaceful place. Other staff and Clients were extremely loud throughout the old building (little sound proofing) during my session. They also need to invest in clocks on the wall for their staff to use instead of their iPhone alarms blaring at the end of the session. What are they thinking…I nearly hit the roof. I also had to ask for a blanket as it was freezing! Not even close to what I needed yesterday.
