InMotion Health Centre is a multidisciplinary health care clinic located in St. John’s, Newfoundland that was established in 2001 by Occupational Therapist, Trent Oldford, and Physiotherapist, Jason Shaw. InMotion offers a wide range of services including Physiotherapy, Massage Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Chiropractics and Orthotics, Psychology Services, Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, Ergonomics and much more.

Here at InMotion, we pride ourselves on a one-on-one individualized treatment approach; our experienced dynamic health professionals’ work together as a team on a daily basis, to ensure the best course of action for each individual client is taken, while keeping their interests foremost.

Negative experience: This place is completely unprofessional and misleading. They wasted over 40 minutes on unnecessary documentation and an interview, without informing us about it beforehand. We were told we would receive a one-hour massage, but in reality, they only gave a 20-minute, very poor-quality massage. The staff had no skills, no understanding of pressure points, and showed no cooperation. I strongly advise others not to waste their time and money here.

Fantastic experience: There is an amazing person who has all the answers for my questions about my knees. And She has been the only person in 2 years to pin point the pain i have all the time. Sometimes it is hard to get going and sometimes it takes a lot from me to get back to where i was before. This Person Has my confidence level on % And i’m not rushed to go back welding when i no my knee isn’t ready yet. She is an amazing person and she will get me back to where Iused to be i trust it.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at "In Motion" are personable and professional. I recieved excellent therapy for a knee injury. You will be treated great too.

Fantastic experience: Large Private treatment rooms for one on one assessments & Treatments, friendly therapist and admin Staff. easy to schedule appointments and they also do email reminders! LOVE this place!
