TSL Physio White Rose Location

Fantastic experience: I currently see two amazing therapists at this location. Erica for physio and Alanna for massage as well as the other staff for kinesiology and exercise. They have a wonderful relationship with the student learners giving their practice an exceptional vibe. As the students move through their time at TSL I see them get their confidence and become great additions to any team. I believe anyone would be lucky to be treated by anyone who works in this practice.

Fantastic experience: An amazing assembly of expertise and knowledge. TSL truly values every client and their dedicated staff if intent on ensuring that you are the best you, phsically. Their training and co-op programs will allow for future generation to to increase level of care that is inflated today. My deepest respect does to TSL for including new Canadians and foreign students. Through interactions with all peoples, we will make a diffrence.

Negative experience: management that I was not allowed to use the clinic. I attempted to contact the management for clarification and left a message but received no response. Thankfully, I have been well-served at another physio clinic in St John's, or I would have to waste my time and dignity pursuing services from this blatantly ableist and unprofessional organization.

Fantastic experience: I have physio and massage here my physio is done with kayley she's awesome, professional and always have a good laugh. She's taught me a few things that help a lot so much appreciate her for that. 100% recommended her. For massage I got Cody. He's also very professional and very good at what he does. I'm a pretty talkative person so I'm glad that he will hold a conversation with me about random things while I'm there. Also recommended him 100%. The front of house staff are also super nice the reception counter has candy canes I always take when I go in (I'm pretty sure I'm the only one who does). If you need physio or massage done TSL is fantastic mine was recommended from my insurance company and I'm very thankful they put me here.

Fantastic experience: Over the past 5 + years both my husband and I have received treatment from TSL Physio. Their expertise and dedication to their craft have helped our recovery immensely. From massage, gym exercises and acupuncture, the Staff at TSL give you excellent care and will do everything to make sure you leave feeling great.

Negative experience: If you're OK with money for services demanded up front and a therapist splitting their time between multiple rooms and multiple patients with reminder buzzers going off every few minutes and shabby noisy surroundings and feeling completely unvalued and disrespected this is the place to go.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to this location twice for two different injuries and although I was referred the first time I chose to go back there the second time on my own. The staff are very friendly and take the time to talk with you and ensure everything is going smoothly during your time there. I had such a good outcome after treatment of my first injury that I requested to have the same physiotherapist when I returned and without hesitation my request was accepted despite it being 3 years later. I have only great things to say about the people here and recommend it to anyone who needs to use these services. Brad is an amazing physiotherapist and the team is equally as great!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are currently attending physiotherapy sessions with Sheldon over the past couple of months to address neck and back pain issues from a motor vehicle accident. We are very impressed with Sheldon's professionalism and with the treatments we have been receiving. With his expertise and knowledge, we are showing improvement with every session. All the TSL staff are very friendly and always ready to help with a smile. MaryLou has been a tremendous help by sharing her knowledge, especially in dealing with insurance companies. My husband is also attending massage therapy with Emily and states "that his back has never felt better". The caring people at TSL Physio have made our whole motor vehicle accident ordeal more manageable. TSL Physio White Rose location is definitely a welcoming place and we would recommend them to everyone requiring therapy.

Fantastic experience: September 13th, 2021, was my first visit with Liv-Terese K. Martyn, Physiotherapist/Co-Owner at TSL Physio, for the treatment of an injury to my hip/pelvic area which I sustained in a motor vehicle accident in October of 2002 (yes, 19 years ago). As a result, my left leg became shorter than the right, requiring me to have lifts added to my footwear. Upon examination, she informed me my pelvis was misaligned, thoroughly explained the issue and treatment, and proceeded to make the necessary adjustment. It was (surprisingly) painless -- although, I did experience vertigo and mild nausea for a couple of hours. Flash forward to today's date, and after 8 months of treatment from Liv accompanied by a home exercise regime, I am thrilled to say that the problem is CORRECTED! Over 19 years later! Over the years (and four MVAs) I have seen countless therapists (physio, massage, chiropractic, acupuncture), many of whom were outstanding. They all helped me get through by assessing and treating my symptoms, and I am eternally grateful to them all. But Liv found the CAUSE of this particular problem and corrected it. I can hardly express how this has improved my overall health and wellbeing as other parts of my body begin to improve in light of this correction. Thank you, Liv! You're the best!

Fantastic experience: I've seen both Dan (physio) and Kate (massage) at TSL (@ Churchill Square location). Both are exceptional and I regularly suggest TSL to people looking. Not only do they help at the moment, they make sure that you have tools or exercises that can be used in the future to help prevent, or alleviate discomfort if the issue is reoccurring. From the moment you walk in the door TSL makes you feel at home. The personality of the entire team shines and is always laughter when you walk through their doors. A visit to TSL is certainly not a medical appointment you have to dread.

Each of them have gotten me back on my feet again, and I have every confidence in them. Kate Boone has also been my massage therapist of choice for a number of years. Fantastic experience: I had tremendous pelvic discomfort, resulting in leg and back pain, for years following my first pregnancy. My GP recommended Liv and I was not disappointed. Liv demonstrated top-notch care and professionalism while teaching me about why I was in such pain and how to fix the problem. I was given simple, gentle exercises to do and, with daily stretching and exercising, I was able to live pain-free within a year! I have recommended TSL to numerous people since my first visit. TSL is THE place for giving yourself some TLC.

Fantastic experience: I have tremendous faith in TSL.I have seen both Lyv and Dan as a patient.They are the current owners.I have have been treated with respect by all the staff at their clinics and their capabities in my opinion are the best there is to offer in our city.They are friendly,understanding ,compassionate,trustworthy ,flexible with their scheduling as well as current with best practices!Due to several car accidents and work injuries I spent at least 4 years going tp physio at least 3 times a week so I have lots of experince to base my review on.As a matter of fact I was was educated so well there I was able to not return even with significant multiple injuries because Lyv had provided me with the skills I needed to cope at home.At present I am again at physio, My current injury is a new adventure no one can deal effectively with on their own.I broke my leg in several places and to be honest there was no one else I would trust to even touch my leg .Trust is a significant factor in physio treatment .You will not be motivated to follow or to complete your treament without it.Finally,if you want the best treatnent possible with positive outcomes TSL is where you should be!!!

From the moment you bring in your referral and have your first consultation, you know you're in a professional, knowledgeable and caring environment . All members of the TSL team make you feel welcome, comfortable and well-cared for. The exercises and treatments are explained thoroughly, which help me understand how/why they help my injury. I'm grateful to all members of the TSL team for helping me get back to my pre-injury self, physically, but also for making me feel like my treatment is top priority during each visit.
