Fantastic experience: I have been going to the clinic for the last 3 months. The team is amazing and very friendly. I have several issues with severe pain ln my back and neck. Stephen (chiro) and Gary( physio) are remarkable, caring, patient and will provide you all the help you might need. Nikita (massage therapist) is incredible and very knowlegeable. She'll take time to explain, answer and treat all concerns. The professionals in the clinic do really care about their patients and i feel way much better thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Between Frank , Leonard and Steve they have changed my life! They always put a smile on my face, if you need a pick me up Frank has the best jokes and he knows his stuff! I’ve done many many treatments with Leonard the past 6-7 months and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the work he put in! He is always so kind, caring, supportive and a great sense of humour! Steve is an amazing chiropractor, when I first started going my back was so stiff and I could get not relief. Now I’m able to move my joints the way I could before and I’m able to get relief on my own like I used to before. It’s like one big family there and I always feel welcomed and like I’m part of it all. Highly recommend, I don’t know if I’d be back to work fully if it wasn’t for them.

I had suffered with this pain for almost a year and felt like I would have to deal with the locking and pain for the rest of my life, I couldn't chew or yawn without pain. I have had two sessions with Leonard and the pain and locking is completely gone. We are now working on the back pain that I have had since 2010, and just in one session I feel such a difference. From his knowledge and genuine care for his patients to his humorous personality that makes you feel so comfortable, I cannot recommend him more!

This man’s knowledge and understanding of anatomy and physiology are probably only surpassed by his genuine care and desire to help his clients. The providers genuinely care for the patients, and it shows in their treatments I recommend Diane for massage because she makes you feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Worked with Leonard Roxon after dislocating my knee and tearing a ligament. It was my first time going to physio and he was very patient and caring, seemed like he really wanted to help his patients get better. He gave lots of good information regarding my injury and was able to answer any questions I had. Would recommend him to anyone needing or thinking of going to physio.

Fantastic experience: I find the clinic very accommodating, the front staff (Anita & Mackenzie) are very friendly. I see Valerie Abbott and Diane Parmenter they are both excellent and always explain what they are doing and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I Absolutely love the services I get at Dynamic Physio and Wellness on Thorburn road! From the time you walk in the door to reception and get a friendly hello from Anita you know your going to be treated like family! I go there for Massage with Diane, Physio with Frank and Chiro with Steve. I love how they all work together to make sure my injury is healing. Diane does THE best deep tissue massage and scraping I have ever had. Steve is so gentle for Chiro and always can get me re-aligned and boy does Frank know his stuff. I cannot recommend this place more!

Positive experience: Went for a massage today and it was great! I seen Diane and she made sure I was comfortable and walked me through what she will be doing. She also kept checking with me to see if the pressure she was applying okay. Very nice person and I recommend her to anyone who likes deep tissue massages.

Negative experience: I showed up 10 min early then waited until 10 min after the hour to start the massage, and she finished before the hour was up. Then they were like “oh well the hour includes the assessment” but she didn’t start the assessment until almost 10 minutes after. I told her my pain was in my back, shoulders and hips. The whole time I was laying on my back and she massaged the front of hips/legs and neck but my back is still very sore. I was called earlier that day to see if I could come in early but could not because I had classes. She just seemed very annoyed and hardly tried to make any kind of welcoming conversation. I don’t normally talk during my massages anyhow but this was by far one of the worst experiences I ever had.
