Action Physiotherapy is a premier physiotherapy clinic located in St. John's, proudly serving Torbay, Paradise, Portugal Cove, Mount Pearl, and the surrounding areas. Fantastic experience: Excellent physiotherapist ( Mike Davis). Very knowledgeable, I had my humerus broken and really wanted to recover my range of motion as it was pre-injury. Mike knew exactly what to do for my recovery. I know I’m in capable hands. The setting is very calm and relaxing. A great place to recover.

Fantastic experience: The staff are super friendly & helpful in every way possible. Thanks to Laura in helping me get much better. Making me sweat on those hot humid days(lol). Candace the receptionist had been very friendly & awesome to deal with. Both OT, Gillian & Mike have been super great in doing what they could to help me return to work safely. I have total respect for all these people & it's been the only place I've looked forward going to in a very long time.

Negative experience: Save your money and buy a TENS machine at costco, the majority of your appointment is being connected to one.

Positive experience: Glenda was very good, heard my bones cracking (lovely!). She also recommended stretches and things to help me along my way to reduce stiffness. Good experience.

Fantastic experience: I injured my foot when i was hiking the East Coast Trail. I searched online looking for local physiotherapy when I landed on action physiotherapy's website. The clinic was a lovely, inviting space, and my physiotherapist Rebecca was amazing. I felt comfortable immediately, took her time to assess my injury and explained how she was going to treat it. She also offered a lot of advice about proper exercises that I could do at home. After about 4-5 sessions, the pain was almost completely gone and I can get back to one of my favourite pastimes - hiking, biking, and occasional running. I am very pleased with my progress. I will absolutely recommended these guys to my family and friends!
