At TSL Physio, we’re dedicated to helping you move, feel, and live your best.
Our team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, and kinesiologists combine expert knowledge of how the body works with specialized hands-on skills to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve quality of life.
We provide care for all ages and stages — from children to seniors, through pregnancy and beyond.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing a condition, or simply want to move better, everyone is welcome here.
We also offer home visits for clients who need care in the comfort of their own space.
Our clinic is fully wheelchair accessible, and we’re proud to now have a Menopause Specialist Robyn on our team to support women’s health and well-being.

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredible at TSL. The environment is very clean and welcoming. Liv is an incredible physiotherapist, she goes above and beyond for her clients and is very professional and personable. Well worth travelling 8 hours for her services!!

Positive experience: I've been a loyal client of TSL Physio for several years, appreciating their friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, I recently encountered a significant issue that has left me disappointed. Despite their previous reliability, the introduction of new staff seems to have led to a lack of respect for clients' time. On the same day, my appointment was canceled not once, but three times, mere hours before the scheduled time! While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, this level of disregard for punctuality is unacceptable. Especially if you have a busy schedule! It's disappointing that such a reputable establishment would allow such carelessness to affect their service quality and bring discomfort to their clients.

Fantastic experience: Just had my first appt. with Daniel Martin at TSL Physio. The staff were kind,helpful and efficient. Danial was excellent. He made me feel heard, informed and important. Fantastic experience: I would recommend anyone to go to TSL. The staff are awesome and they are extremely knowledgeable. I was struggling for years 3 surgery and no one could help me. I went to TSL and I am getting my life back. She knew my pelvic bone was injured and hip out of place, which the doctors did not. I am on the road to recovery.. They are the best ..

Fantastic experience: I have had nothing but great service from all of the staff that I have had the pleasure to deal with at TSL Physio. The clinic managers are very welcoming and helpful at both locations, and both the physios and massage therapists are fantastic at treating you as an individual and treating the symptoms. I would highly recommend the TSL team to anybody. 5*, A+, 10/10!

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment after making me wait for 1.5 months and never even called me to let me know that my appointment has been cancelled. I had to go there to know that my appointment was cancelled.

We are so sad to see this review while we are in our 4 th week of provincial lockdown !!!Emails were sent and messages left on your voicemail to notify you that your appointment would be rescheduled as soon as we were allowed to re-open. We can only apologize for this inconvenience.

Fantastic experience: I have been using TSL for the past 5 months for a workplace injury. The therapists are courteous, professional and pleasant to be around. There services range from minor muscle issues to major joint and back recovery. I would highly recommend their service.
