She has been phenomenal at supporting me postpartum twice now -- relieving back pain + other challenges I faced after my c-sections. She was also the first Dr. to take my first daughter's feeding issues/ tongue ties seriously and was a huge supporter in us getting the help we needed during that time. Dr. Natalie's extensive training in postpartum and newborns/children makes her one of the best chiropractors in our area. Shes very knowledgeable with babies and children and when I first brought my son in for his assessment she even checked in to make sure I was getting postpartum care as well. Shes a very calm and non judgemental person and you immediately feel safe walking into the doors. Her receptionist is very friendly, kind and caring. Wonderful place to go. Expérience fantastique: We were referred to Dr. Natalie Bernicky at Ease Family Chiropractic by the Infant Feeding Clinic in Smiths Falls when our daughter Elizabeth, who was born six weeks early, was struggling with feeding. From the very beginning, Natalie took us in quickly, listened carefully, and identified that our baby had tension affecting her ability to feed and her overall comfort. Her care made such a difference. She assessed and treated our daughter promptly, and we saw real improvements. It’s now been almost six months of visits for Elizabeth, and I’ve also been seeing Natalie myself for about five months. Every single visit has been a positive experience. My son loves her and is always happy and smiling at Natalie. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is very flexible as sometimes it's hard to be on time with a baby. Not only did she help my son, I myself started seeing her and wow, it makes such a big difference. Shes seen my son through all his stages, pre and post tongue revision to mobile to busy toddler. Dr. Bernicky has always been a warm welcome space through my pregnancy, postpartum and on. She did not hesitate to get me in ASAP to get started on flipping baby with webster technique. Though he did not flip, she definitely contributed to my body being happy, even at 41 weeks and 5 days pregnant. She has been knowledgeable and supportive since that first phone call to schedule in with her. I now bring my baby to see her since he was 1 week old, and am happy to have her for my postpartum journey. I am yet to ask a question she could not answer confidently, with great detail. Our visits are well worth the 40 minute (one way) drive to see Dr. Natalie.

I started going to her mid-pregnancy when my ultrasound showed that the baby was in the breach position. The doctors said not to worry as it was early enough, but I didn’t want later complications. By the next ultrasound baby was back in the correct position! I had an fairly easy labour and delivery and I definitely think chiropractic care aided in that!

I was 6 months pregnant, injured my tailbone and was in a lot of pain for many weeks. She adjusted me and used pressure points to alleviate stress in certain nerves. Within the first week I had noticeably progressed in my healing. After the second week of care I was hooked. I'm a true believer in her, and her work because I've experienced it first hand.
