Expérience fantastique: I went in for an adjustment and some knee healing. The adjustment on my lower back was great. Not what I am used to but back feels great! Definitely feels like my lower back was decompressed and lengthened. As for my knee, I had partially torn patellar tendon and little bit of arthritis says the mri from a bit ago. I do lots of physio for it but felt like the shock treatment really helped it along too. Did 3 sessions on my knee. Thanks

Dr. Haitsma had me walking without the pain immediately. Recently, after another fall in which I and jarred my shoulder, could barely use my arm and had severe shooting pain and throbbing in my arm, Dr. Haitsma had me able to use my arm with the shooting pain gone completely. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Haitsma and his wonderful staff.

After calling multiple clinics with back pain so sharp It hurt to breathe, only to be told it would be a week to get in and cost half of my paycheck to be assessed I was feeling very deflated. I decided to try one more and was greeted on the phone by the amazing receptionist, Becky whom not only got me in within the hour with Dr. Haitsma she told me the consultation would be free and zero obligation. His techniques are simple yet very effective. The cold laser is miraculous. 10 days later I am wake surfing and golfing as well as back to the gym full force. Not that it matters because there is no price too great for getting your life back but his pricing is fair and he doesn't push for more return visits than you are comfortable with he only makes educated recommendations. I can't thank this team enough!

I have had back issues for a while and it got so much worse when I slipped and fell in February of this year and my whole back connected with a lamp post. Dr. Haitsma has been amazing and has already helped me so much. He won't just give you an adjustment, he will also give you simple stretches or exercises to do at home to help you recover and feel better faster and for longer.

Expérience négative: Came here, on the recommendation of a friend, with a Dr.'s prescription for massage and a form for billing to AISH. As I've been receiving semi-regular massage treatments for the previous nine years, this was not my first rodeo with these forms. The receptionist was objectionable from the start, and despite my physician filling in his portion of the form with a full, and accurate, Physicians medical evaluation, she made a big fuss over the fact my doctor had placed two sentences of service recommendation in the 'Service Provider's' portion of the form. She proceeded to lecture me on how it was wrong, how AISH operates, and that I needed to book an appointment with the Therapist for an 'assessment' before I could even get the form filled out, and even then how she doubts the RMT will accept the form due to the doctor's error in placing two sentences in the Service Provider's section. This has never been my experience in the many times past that I've used the AISH forms for billing. I have always dropped off the form, returned to pick them up (usually with a very brief discussion with the RMT) and then submitted the form to AISH for billing. In the past, previous doctors had also sometimes made errors in where they were to write, yet never was the form rejected. I was willing to book a very brief appt. to have my form filled in by the RMT. However, that was not facilitated. I asked the receptionist to show the RMT my forms, and she never did. I asked her to ask the RMT to call me, and she never did. I asked for a call from the clinic supervisor, and never received a call. So, I returned today to retrieve my forms, and will be going elsewhere. I was bringing them a prescription for 16 guaranteed appointments and received nothing but a hard time. In 9 years, this was the very worst experience I have ever had in trying to get my prescription for massage therapy filled, and it began with the objectionable attitude of the receptionist!
