RC Walk-In Chiro West End

Expérience négative: Was looking forward to seeing the Chiroprator at this location. Was told an appoinment wasn't necessay and to just walk-in.Sadly, everytime I try to see the doctor, he is away for one reason or another. Not impressed.

Expérience positive: Its been going on my 4th visit. I've had nothing but good soo far. Very friendly the chiro doctor is he knows his stuff and makes me feel comfortable, as Im not the greatest with going I hate the sounds lol. Ive also had acupuncture and cupping for the first time and she was very friendly and explained everything . Im slowly getting better as this will be my new go to place on a regular basis. Would definitely recommend as someone recommended to me.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Richie is the best in town.he knows what he is doing .Filipino style of chiro. Walang halong keme at satsat korek agad! Lol My chronic back pain is gone. Thanks to doc richie. Acupuncture is good too i just started 2weeks ago it helps too and shes really nice, accomodating and she really explain the benefits of it.

All of my questions were answered and felt comfortable throughout my massage appointment. Rebeca is wonderful! She makes you feel comfortable, answers any questions you may have, and have you feeling relaxed before, during, and after you leave the place. I will be back, for sure! 10/10, highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: My old chiropractor had retired and I hadn't bothered to find a new one until I was in a lot of pain and needed to find one urgently. We went there for the 1st time 5 days ago as they are a walk-in chiropractic clinic. The receptionist there was so kind and very pleasant to interact with (via phone and in person) which was a great first impression. As for Dr. Capiendo, she is very knowledgeable in her work and has made an amazing 1st impression with my daughter and I. I was a little concerned with her being on the smaller side because I didnt think we would get that great of results due to our larger sizes...well don't let her size fool you because she got me to crack really well!! Our old chiropractor was quite old school so to see all the new and modern tools that Rc Walk-in Chiropractic uses to assist with the adjustments is very impressive. I'm happy to have found them online and given them a try. We had our 2nd visit today and it was still just as great as the 1st one if not better. They also offer massages so I'm looking forward to booking an appointment for one soon!

Expérience fantastique: I have received three acupuncture treatments with Jasmine at the West End location and I am amazed at how much they have already helped me! The tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back has eased significantly. My sciatic pain has also gone away and I haven’t had a headache since I started, including the terrible PMS headaches that I usually get. I am so grateful for these treatments and how much they have helped so far! Great central location, very clean and organized and very friendly staff!

When I received my assessment and adjustment, you could tell the the chiropractor really cared about my well-being and was passionate about what she does! She explained everything she was doing and the benefit. She even went above and beyond and found things that also needed work that we did not discuss in the assessment. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!

We had our paperwork already filled out and we’re seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Richie made us feel very comfortable he had a great personality. Made for a very pleasant first visit. He did and assessment and our adjustments in no time. Best part it’s a WALK-IN no appointments needed. I won’t hesitate on going next time knowing how quick it was.Thanks RC! Highly recommend them. Think I’ll try the hot rock message next time or the acupuncture. Overall a great experience!

Expérience fantastique: I visited the clinic with some pretty severe back pain, Rebecca is one of the best massage therapists i’ve seen in a long time, i felt almost as if my back pain had disappeared. Carmelie the chiropractor did a great job as well focusing on parts of my body that i’ve felt discomfort, definitely would recommend this clinic as how clean & nice the interior of the clinic is. All staff is very friendly & welcoming!!

Expérience fantastique: I highly recommend this RC walk-in branch. Dr. Carmelie intently and carefully listened to ensure that she fully understood the pain and were able to pin point the location. She precisely explained what, where and how it's going to be treated. I felt comfortable talking to her and she is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. The location is very suitable because I was able to do some errands beforehand. This is not a paid review but i did take the time to write this because she deserves it.

Expérience fantastique: Very convenient spot I find, it's right by route 90 and st James area so can hit it up on the way home from work or while your doing your errands. Dr Capiendo was great and personable and made my wife feel better in one appointment. She makes you feel comfortable and will give you recommendations accordingly.

The receptionist was very kind, welcoming and knowledgeable about insurance and was able to help me out. Payment and service was seamless. Dr. Carmelie Capiendo is an amazing chiropractor and explains all treatment thoroughly and works at a great pace. I have been to previous chiropractors who don’t even explain your treatment plan and just say “see you next week” Dr. Carmelie always explains treatment and recommends home stretches and extra info on what you should work on as a whole. She also does soft tissue work along with adjustments.Dr. Carmelie recently helped me a lot with a migraine i could not get rid of, she helped identify that I had an inner ear issue and was able to refer me to my medical doctor accordingly. I am thankful she was able to educate me about this ear issue and have it taken care of. 5 stars for sure

Expérience fantastique: I was having some lower back pain and I had been driving around all day. I was in the west end area and saw the new RC walk-in clinic. I wasn't sure If it was open yet, but took a chance and popped in. It was open! I saw Dr. Carmelie who was so sweet and nice. She adjusted my back and I instantly felt so much better. I loved the fact I was able to just walk in and not have to wait to make an appointment. Clinic is brand new and modern looking. Great experience!!
