He is incredibly kind and really takes the time to listen to his patients. You never feel rushed, he makes sure to understand your situation fully so he can tailor a treatment plan that truly fits your needs. I’ll be honest, the treatment itself can hurt quite a bit during the appointment. But afterward, you feel such a deep sense of release that it’s 100% worth it. My back has improved so much since I started seeing him, it’s genuinely thanking me. As a student, I’ve struggled a lot with lower back and shoulder pain (like most of us who spend hours studying), and his care has made a huge difference. They also offer a student discount, which is a big plus. Another thing I really appreciate is that Dr. Raphael is bilingual. Expérience fantastique: I came in to see Dr. Ramy Raphael because I was dealing with excruciating lower back pain for a week. I wasn’t able to stand, sleep or sit for too long. I thought I pulled a muscle but all symptoms pointed to a herniated disc that was caused by every day life (working long hours sitting, bending rather than squatting to pick up stuff from the floor, not strengthening my core or glutes). With Dr. Ramy, he was able to provide the proper care for me to feel 90% back to myself in less than 2 weeks by putting me first. Rather than cracking me, which he violently advised against, he worked on decompressing the inflammation and realigning my hips. Yes, the sessions were painful but every single time I came out of his office, I felt so much better the next day. I can’t thank Dr. Ramy enough for the passion, attention, compassion and care. With him and my team of health practitioners, I now have a plan to live a better life and I feel so grateful to have met him.

J’attendais à voir plusieurs rdv pour traiter tous les zones mais le Dr Ramy a pris son temps à tout traiter en une double séance. Expérience négative: I had a scheduled consultation that was supposed to last 45 minutes. Instead, I waited 30 minutes past the start time, and the doctor never showed up. The receptionist notified the doctor twice that I was waiting, but nothing changed. No explanation, no update, no attempt to start the appointment. I understand delays happen in healthcare, but this wasn’t a delay, it was a complete lack of basic professionalism and respect for a patient’s time.

Contrairement à d’autres praticiens qui m’avaient conseillé d’arrêter le foot en pensant que mon mal de dos venait de là, le Dr Raphael a vraiment pris le temps de comprendre mon problème. Grâce à lui, j’ai découvert que mes douleurs ne venaient pas directement du dos, mais d’un manque de force au core et d’un souci au niveau du bassin, ce qui empêchait mon fessier de travailler correctement. Comme souvent, l’endroit où l’on ressent la douleur n’est que le symptôme, pas la cause. En moins de 2 semaines, après quelques traitements intensifs et des exercices, j'étais remis sur pied et je marchais très bien ! J'ai recommencé le sport environ 3 semaines après les traitements. Expérience positive: edit: This is a pseudonym, and that's why the business is saying I wasn't a paying customer. The information I provided is in fact correct. There is a chiro who studied at Palmer who is *leagues* better than anyone else there. There are a couple of good practitioners here (hint: They studied at Palmer College, not at Trois-Rivieres) but for the most part, Centre Ville Chiro is a cracking mill. Get inside, get an "evaluation" that is purely visual, no measurements taken, no x-rays. Get 5 minutes of massage, 60 seconds of cracking, and you're out the door. But worst of all, they won't adjust your whole spine, only the areas of complaint, which doesn't even align with chiropractic's school of thought that the spine functions as a whole unit.

Expérience fantastique: I have been struggling with chronic back pain for the past 4 years in a way that has limited all my activities at work and in my personal life. Pain has become a constant in my daily life and what seems normal to most, i.e. sitting down, running, biking, etc... became a source of dread and intense pain in my back. Last year I went for a lungs XRAY on an unrelated note only to find out I have scoliosis, an abnormal spinal deformity. Ever since, I have been consulting one chiro/physio/masso after the other and no one has ever taken the situation seriously or tried to address the source of problem. It's shocking how, of all the professionals and the money wasted on them, no one has ever evaluated my condition as a whole system issue where muscle imbalances are leading to biomechanical issues, or even questioned the nervous system being stuck and unable to operate under normal conditions. Until exactly one month ago where I found Dr. Ramy Raphael who specializes in trigger point manual treatments, a technique I was specifically looking for because of all the physios I have consulted, none of them ever touched my back and I was always sent back with exercises to do at home. Dr. Ramy's evaluation was holistic and took into account everything going on in my body, without being obsessively focused on where the pain is, and instead, trying to address the root cause. He proposed complement treatment with massages to bring back the stiff muscles that have stopped acting their purpose and went to activate the deepest muscles in my back, chest and abs, since all those are connected to each other. After the first treatment with Dr. Ramy, I have seen a 60% improvement in my posture and pain levels. 4 treatments later, I can safely say that I have NEVER had a lighter and more functional back. I'm still working on strengthening the weaknesses with another professional but it's only thanks to Dr. Ramy's profound expertise and competence that I am feeling much better today. Expérience fantastique: I am being treated for a lingering painful plantar fasciitis/heel spur by Dr. Ramy Raphaël with shockwave therapy and am noticing vast improvements as time goes on. This is very professional clinic and patients are treated with utmost respect and consideration .They are genuinely concerned with your best interests . Dr. Raphaël takes time to fully explain issues; the initial session I had with him is among the best that I have had anywhere in the medical profession. He also is patient and listens carefully which is a rare quality these days . You do not feel pressured to proceed with treatment unless it is in your best interest. Other options are also clearly outlined . All in all I am very satisfied and highly recommend Centre-Ville Chiropratique.

I’ve been treated by him twice and he explains very clearly where the problem areas are and how he’s going to treat them in the session and overtime and is able to get to the root of the issue. Some of the adjustments can be pretty painful but his sense of humor and easy going personality will make you forget about the pain (or at least distract you from it). After 2 sessions with him I feel 90% better , my pain is gone and mobility has improved a lot. Thanks Ramy!

I really love that she does additional muscle work on top of the adjustments and gives really good advice on exercises and recommends other types of therapists that compliment the treatment we do together. Expérience fantastique: Dr. Raphael fixed me ! I came in last week with horrendeous pain, I was lucky there was an open spot same day. He relieved some of the pain of my emergency back situation& informed me of what I had and how it happened. Then the following week once the swelling of my back and hips locked went away he treated me and rebalanced everything. He also relieved tension in my upper pain that I didn’t even realised the presence of until it was gone! He knows what he is doing, he is kind, professionnal and funny, explains to you what you have, what happened and what he will do and how it will help. Also gives at home exercises when necessary and recommendation of material. I have a fear of dying everything I get cracked but he puts me at ease enough to not make me worry about it! I referred my husband too for his sports injuries and I know he will be in good hands. 1000/10 recommends Dr. Raphael

Je n’en avais jamais entendu parler et aucun médecin, physio ni ostéo rencontrés en 2 ans ne m’en avait fait mention. Après 5 séances (douloureuses mais efficaces), j’ai déjà pu constaté un changement significatif.
