He came highly recommended and his treatments have helped me so much. He knows exactly what to do and does it with skill, patience and is very personable as well.

Quinn takes time to review what I am there for, asks clarifying questions, and tells me what the plan is before we start. At subsequent appointments, Quinn asks how things are going, whether I've noticed improvement, and where I'd like to focus for the session. I appreciate that I'm involved in my healthcare and that I feel informed enough to make a decision that will benefit me. Quinn's technique, professionalism, and knowledge are some of the best I've seen. Throughout the session, Quinn asks about my comfort level, whether I need more/less pressure, and makes sure I am informed on what's next. I would recommend Quinn to anyone that's looking for a massage therapist. Not only is he knowledgeable, professional, and personable, he also has a heated pad for the table; it's like getting on a slice of heaven. Thank you, Quinn, for helping me feel better! Expérience fantastique: This was my first visit at Great Lakes Chiropractic at the Hawthorne location.I had a massage with Quinn today . I would highly recommend him . He is very knowledgeable in his field. His explanation snd treatment of different muscles and trigger points and manipulation makes his treatment stand out above anything else I have ever experienced. I left feeling very relaxed and had some relief of the pain I was in when I arrived. Looking forward to my next appointment! Very impressed.

Expérience fantastique: I see Dana Lesperance (RMT) & Dr. Devin (Chrio & Accu) here at GLC!! First off, Dana is AMAZING. I am convinced she is magical. I have struggled with TMJ / jaw pain & tension headaches for almost 10 years and have had little to no luck getting any relief. I saw Dana for ONE treatment and I can say I have noticeably less pain in my jaw every morning. My pain has reduced by atleast 20% in the mornings from her work so far. Dana made me feel so comfortable and safe during my treatment. She really took the time to understand the root causes of my pain & discomfort and made me feel very heard and seen during our intake. I cannot recommend booking in with Dana if you have any TMJ / any jaw discomfort issues what so ever. She also shares incredibly educational and helpful info on her social media and is always quick to respond to any of my questions!! Thank you Dana for helping change my life! I cannot wait for my next appointment. Second, Dr. Devin is also so incredible and always makes sure to get me in when I most need it. I have noticed significant improvement in my chronic neck pain since I started seeing him. He take the time each appointment to make sure he is addressing both your immediate concerns and your long term health. The acupuncture combined with chiro treatment has been a lifesaver. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to see him as well.

Expérience fantastique: I saw Dr. Clifford today for some centralized pain I was having in my back. I am 32 weeks pregnant and she was able to see me right away. After spending 20-30 minutes localizing and narrowing down where the pain was coming from she thoroughly made sure she adjusted and worked through the pain. By the end of the day I had already felt relief and was so happy with her form of treatment.

Expérience fantastique: After years of suffering with TMJ/D I was excited to find Dana and a practitioner who is offering intra-oral massage and treatment specifically for it. I had my first TMJ/D session with. Dana and can say I don’t think any practitioner has ever taken the time to give such a thorough interview of my symptoms. Because of the nature of this condition treatment isn’t what many would consider a “relaxing massage”. Dana was patient and took her time allowing for breaks during the treatment when needed. She created a safe and comfortable space for me. A few days later I definitely noticed a difference with my a jaw. It was not as tense and was easier to relax. I’m looking forward to working with Dana to continue treating my TMJ/D.

Expérience négative: Had an appointment with Dr.Paul Bondy for the $45 20mins treatment, it’s my first time to this clinic so he end up charge me $90 for initial treatment WITHOUT INFORMED! I really don’t like how they did this, I’m totally okay if you inform me ahead of the price change. As first time here, he didn’t give me a full assessment of my body condition which my last chiropractor did.He didn’t tell me how to release at home, what matters need to be attention during daily work and life, which my last chiropractor did. Whole process took around 15mins which is not I want. They need a reception who is professional for all these matters especially for price change informed! I might went to the wrong place! Expérience fantastique: I had a jaw, neck, and face massage with Dana Lesperance and I would truly describe it as miraculous. I clench my jaw and grind my teeth a lot of the time, and that has resulted in very thick and tight jaw muscles that are painful to touch. The tightness and discomfort has also extended to the sides of my neck, behind my ears, and around my eyebrows. I have been wanting to address this for a long time, but I assumed that it would take many appointments for me to start feeling better, because it had become such a big problem. So far, I have had one 45-minute initial massage which included an internal and external massage of the jaw muscles and a thorough massage of my neck, behind my ears, and cupping of my face. I expected that I would experience some relief, but I did not expect that so much of my pain and discomfort would be gone immediately. If I would have known it could be addressed this quickly I would have booked this much sooner. Thank you for your magical hands Dana!!!

Expérience fantastique: Let me tell you about Sonya! Sonya (RMT) has been treating/massaging me for more than a year now and I have booked her for the next year in advance for good reason! Sonya is exceptional at what she does and does so by changing up treatments and keeping up to date on the most recent treatments and techniques. I have recommended her to all of my family and friends so give her a call for your next visit but I’d hurry before she’s all booked!

Not only is he friendly and very welcoming, but he is also very knowledgeable. I always feel better after receiving a treatment from.him. Expérience négative: I recently had a disappointing experience with this chiropractic clinic. Despite canceling my December appointment within the appropriate window, they attempted to charge me $22.50 for a supposed "missed" appointment. (Only was told about this in March at my last apt) When I reached out to discuss the issue, April, who identified herself as the manager, displayed unprofessional behaviour, refusing to cancel any future appointments or connect me with the actual owner. To make matters worse, the owner, Devon, chose not to address the matter directly with me but instead informed another client that I should apologize. This lack of communication and professionalism raises concerns about the clinic's customer service and transparency. Update- booking in London with Bailey who was the reason I use to visit before she moved. So sad owners can’t even call back. Bailey is absolutely worth the drive to London and I’m more than happy to support her and the new place of business.

Unfortunately my last message therapist Bailey moved and I was worried I wasn't going to be able to find someone again as amazing as she was. I booked an appointment with Brittany January first and it was amazing. It left me sore for days but exactly what I needed. She did a great job with the cupping and deep tissue massage. If I could go every week I would . I strongly recommend going in to see her!

I have cycled between chiropractic care, physiotherapy and massage and have found Nicks osteopathic approach to have given me the most relief from my back and neck pain. My back and neck have not felt this good is 15+ years and the results last weeks! He provides superb care and is very personable. Highly recommend him!

It was after hours and the phones hadn't been turned off from her home phone and instead of asking me to call back during business hours she went on her computer and scheduled me in. Then when I got to my appointment I did not feel they were trying to rush me through my appointment, Paul listened to everything I had to say and helped me so much! I'm so excited to have this in my life now.

She was helpful too, recommending good stretching techniques for my particular situation. My wife and I are both are very pleased. He explained what he was doing, he asked lots of questions to ensure he knew what was possibly going on with my back. I booked my next appointment right away. Very professional atmosphere and Tamika at the front desk was also wonderful. I needed to see someone right away and she got me in that morning! I was very lucky and very appreciative.
