The pain was incredible. Got in to see Nathan, with a cane, and four visits and one month later-with exercises, I am good to go. He left me with a bunch of exercises to help finish the therapy and improve the muscle strength . Would refer them without hesitation ! Peter

She helped me rehab my back, neck and shoulders after a MVC and I continue to see her for treatment on other soft tissue issues arising from my own physical activity. She’s an IMS expert and will help you recover quickly from injuries as well as address weaknesses through conditioning regimes. She has experience with elite athletes of all ages which means she can really dial in treatment and training plans for all types of bodies. I would recommend her to all people needing physio no matter the age or fitness level.

Expérience fantastique: I had a total knee replacement in early February and started physio treatment a week post surgery with Nathan Poon. He took a thorough history and started me on a recovery plan on my first visit. Some of the exercises were difficult at first but I was walking without any aids after the second week. While Nathan was away on a 2 week vacation, Maggie Lang and Danielle Benison took over and kept me in the right direction with their expertise in treating knee patients. Nathan returned and finished my 12 sessions. I'm in week 7 post surgery and have met all my goals with regard to Range of Motion return, walking, strength, etc. I do not need any more physio treatments but will continue my exercises on my own. I am very thankful to all the physiotherapists that helped in my rehab. I would highly recommend True Physio + Pilates.

Expérience fantastique: Alison Coffey is an incredible physiotherapist. I highly recommend her -- she is an absolute gem. She is remarkably intelligent, knowledgable, capable, and perceptive. We have worked together for a few months through my WorkSafe BC claim on my whiplash and post concussion symptoms, doing a variety of treatments. And my once terrible condition has improved so much -- I don't have constant pain in my neck! I've been to many physiotherapists for my whiplash and concussion, and Alison Coffey at True Physio is by far the best. I'm so grateful to Alison for her help and healing. The clinic is very clean and bright, well organized and with a healthy vibe. I just love this place, and feel lucky to have found it. The receptionist is nice, too.

He quickly rootcaused it to weak side hip muscles and gave a list of easy exercises that helped with strengthening the muscles and I saw great improvements. During each visit he was professional and friendly. He tailored the exercises to my situation and the equipment I have available at home.

Expérience fantastique: If you are looking for someone to help with vestibular issues look no further than Maggie at True Physio + Pilates Tsawwassen. She has helped tremendously with my BPPV symptoms and her approach was exactly what I needed. She explained the workings of the inner ear so that I knew what had caused the issue, then carefully explained each step in the process so that I could prepare myself for any discomfort. The clinic is bright and clean, and the front desk staff are so easy to deal with. All in all a great experience. I would not hesitate to visit with any future aches and pains.

Mavio is a very good RMT that always listens to what I want which is why no massage session with him has ever been the same. He has done a lot to help relax my muscles and reduce stress levels in my body which has generally improved my health conditions. I would highly recommend him.

Expérience fantastique: I hurt myself, but getting kicked on the head by a horse, silly accident , unfortunately in the process of getting injured I torn my rotator cuff , significantly injuring my left shoulder, I had previously gone to a physio for another injury and decided to go back to see Maggie at a different physio . When she decided to leave for this physio I knew I needed to follow. I am thankful that I did as Christine was and is professional and pleasant and made my transition easier as I had was , am on WCB. Thankfully, I was able to make future and current appointments and with technology I received all of my appointments and also the day before receive text message reminders . I am so grateful that I found Maggie, she is a fantastic physiotherapist and has helped me through these trying times. After 10 months of physio there has definitely been an improvement and it’s because of Maggie I am getting back to normal. Christine is a delight at the front of the lines in helping me organize my WCB and appt and just so nice when you arrive. Clean , respectable, easy to park as it’s free parking, lovely and peaceful spa like environment. Washroom accessible and again professionally cleaned and well maintained. The decor, is soft and inviting and the chairs are comfortable in the waiting area. Music is peaceful and energizing. The gym area is spotless and easy to use the equipment when given proper training which is always on hand and informative by the physiotherapist. There is also counselling, massage , therapy and if your session requires pilaties it’s in your physio program but it not a class. It’s part of your therapy. My experience overall has been fantastic and I am very lucky my journey was successful and here. Thank you Maggie and Christine for making my therapy possible.
