Expérience fantastique: Excellent place for cure of all kind of body pains. I got treatment from Navjot, for my lower back pain and surprisingly i felt good in 2 sittings. Highly recommended, good work.

Expérience fantastique: After an unfortunate ankle injury I started seeing the physiology staff at North Park Rehab, they were very up front about my treatment plan and course of action onwards to getting better. Their treatments worked wonders and they have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any sort of rehab from injury. Thanks to them, I have a positive outlook on getting better!

Expérience négative: This place gets a 5 STAR for greed, scamming and subdue unprofessional behaviour. Hell dealing with this place who frequently cancels appointments and claims to make billing mistakes or blame clients, confusing them with inaccurate information to cover fraud. The Shino owner person is a huge scammer who is very greedy for money. Becareful with this place and watch what they bill your insurance because she is very rude though tries to present as nice when you first meet her. She will try to jump loopholes to bill your insurance for services they dont provide and be sure her staff have Canadian credentials as she seems to pick up people outside Canada who are not qualified, likely working under table! Yes Shino I see you reply to negative reviews here unprofessionally which speaks loud of who you are and dont you dare tell me you don't recognize my name like you seem to reply to others also revealing your unprofessional behaviours and illegal activities in your clinic. Obviously I'm not putting my name out here for you to spread lies but you know these negative reviews are accurate about the way you treat people, all about money and cheat insurance. You will soon get caught up for the lies and ways you are cheating! Shame on you and you will one day get what's coming to you! Word of advice. Instead of becoming defensive with customers, perhaps you should actually try to fix issues collaboratively. But I understand this might be hard when you lie so much to get paid. Thete are also better ways to address concerns brought to you rather than ignore customers or make them look to be the ones making up misunderstanding when you are well aware of what dishonesty you take part in and this seems to have been going on for a long time! Also, stop threatening people because you should be threatened for treating foreign workers like garbage!

Expérience négative: I could have started with zero star but was unable to do so. I was under training at North Park rehab as was referred by Smart immigration.. Mr Manpreet Singh. This lady Chinu Bawa is just after money. She used me for three days, worked 12 hrs in day with over time one day, busy in faking records because of sudden inspection next day. She didn’t give me any payment. Not only me, she also used some other girls free of cost sent by same immigration for B level job and at last didn’t hire anyone after taking advantage of them. Not professional lady at all. OMG, I never took any keys from you. How people can blame others so easily without knowing the person even. On one hand saying, your name is not in my records and on other hand putting someone else’s mistake on me. This happened in 2019, go check your records first. Then give me any reply or talk to Mr Manpreet Singh and ask who Harjit Gill is.

Expérience négative: 2 Friend of mine visit few months ago and 1 more few months before. Place dirty, smells, unhygienic and reception clueless about everything. Reception do massage plus physio and charge for register services. Overheard physio therapist gossiping that owner treats staff poorly but smiles to you and not nice. Stay away from this place. They are Fraud and all about money. Plus never answer phones and cancel appointments and still bill.

Expérience négative: Beware guys, dont get ripped off. This place cheats you by charging for RMT but giving you massage by non RMTs. The Girl named "Arsh" is not RMT. Ask for her License, if you have a doubt. Dont be victim of insurance fraud which will put you too in trouble. Get what you pay for. Remember, insurance company pays for Registered services. Again dont be victim of fraud.

Expérience fantastique: A clinic owned by a Therapist who knows that your health comes first than the business. All the Therapists are best in their respective domain. They are always ready to listen your recovery goals and get you back to your normal life.

Expérience négative: Really great staff and treatment was satisfactory but the clinic hygiene should be addressed. They do not have disposable sheets like all other clinics they use cloth or nothing. The first time I went to let down it smelled so disgusting I thought, how could they expect everyone to put their face here without changing after each client. I wish they would invest the money into making the experience clean and comfortable if they do this it can easily be a 5 star.

Expérience négative: This place is Trash, receptionist at this place was very cunning and rude. She charge me for the wrong appointment she booked for me. MONEY is the only thing, they know about not the treatment as I was in pain and they said no message therapist available as all booked, then why they give me appointment for. I spare my time and manage to reach this place as I was in severe pain, but the person I booked with Navneet, did’nt even complete the conversation with me and go to see other patients and I was idle waiting in the room. It was very unprofessional place..I will never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and time and donot go this place.
