Expérience fantastique: I have been coming to Portage Physiotherapy for all my injuries and I must say that I can't remember any negative experiences. The staff is very friendly and handles all situations professionally. The place is clean and well taken care of. I have been mostly working with Tanner and I must say it has been a great experience.

Expérience fantastique: Great staff all around, very friendly service. Big shout out to Kyle who was excellent to work with. After a full Achilles tear he helped me get back to activity with a perfect combination of pushing me and realizing when to hold off on the more strenuous activities! Highly recommended!

Expérience fantastique: I have been working with Pooja for the past 4 weeks and have been amazed at how quickly I have been able to regain my range of motion. I have appreciated her patient centered approach balancing pain management and helping reduce pain while also focusing on exercises to rebuild strength and range of motion. She has been extremely compassionate and encouraging in the care she has provided. The clinic is very clean, well organized and all staff have been great to deal with.

Expérience fantastique: I was in last year for lower back trouble, Scott did a great job and I recovered well. Husband was in for shoulder and back, and was taken great care of. Most recently I have been seeing Alex for lower back again and she's so patient and concerned when she needs to be and helping me in identifying the cause to hopefully end the back pain returning. I've been seeing the massage therapist, I've forgotten her name but she's quite new too. Wow she definitely helped to loosen the stiffness of my back and was able to weed 2 rows in my garden this past weekend, sitting on a stool of course but over that's the most movement I have had in a few months. The reception people are so friendly and helpful with the whole insurance stuff that I appreciate so much. Overall I have nothing but positive experiences here and and highly recommend Alex for physio!

Expérience négative: I called to make an appointment and asked how much; they told me if you’ve been here before it was $65 well I have been there but they still want to charge me the full price not happy
Hi Kim, we apologize for the miscommunication. Anytime a client comes in for a new injury or it has been 3 months since your last treatment on a previous injury, it is considered a new assessment and billed as such. The therapist is scheduled extra time to ensure that they properly assess the area and provide the correct course of injury rehabilitation.

Expérience négative: I'm sure they are fine if you ever get through the doors but in my case they decided to keep canceling my appointments and so I gave up trying. I am just too busy to play musical appointment dates and telephone tag.

Expérience négative: What an incredibly rude older lady. Wouldn't let me respond to her, repeatitly talked over me, and continued to do so when I mentioned she was being rude. I have direct billing, I have paper work saying I have direct billing and she wouldn't even bother to look into it. Never go back to this place again.
