Expérience positive: The staff are very friendly, helpful, and professional, and the overall treatment of clients and patients is excellent. My only concern is that appointments are often scheduled quite far in advance, which is understandable given the demand. The clinic is not very large, so I think the high demand can sometimes make it difficult to get an earlier appointment. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

The recently renovated clinic has a wonderful ambiance, and it is equipped with a wide range of machines and equipment to support different types of treatments. Jyoti , Maria and the entire team are extremely professional, caring, and attentive. They take the time to explain the treatment process clearly and make sure you feel comfortable throughout your recovery. I have always had a positive experience at the clinic and would highly recommend Physio Wellness Clinic to anyone looking for professional, compassionate, and effective physiotherapy care.

I'm feeling almost healed and motivated. They have a lot of devices(laser/ultrasound and more) and everything you need to recovery your movement. They are 10 out of 10.

On our day one visit we met with Sneha- Physiotherapist and she told us exactly what to do. My Dad followed the instructions and today I can say it does work. Sneha is so Compassionate and very caring. I can tell she's very Passionate about her job. Ha - Administrator is so PLEASANT to deal with. Just love her Aloe Vera Plant and I'm looking forward to get my own plant soon. Expérience fantastique: I'm speaking on behalf of my mom who is a patient at this physiotherapy clinic. As soon as you walk in, it isvery clean, and lots of clear signage due to the Covid virus. You are also greeted by two wonderful friendly employees behind the desk and who immediately direct you and ensure that you do the safety protocol measures that they have in place like wearing masks, hand sanitizing etc.... The physiotherapy which consists of two days...laser therapy and exercise ...is done in a very clean and well organized gym. The physiotherapists are not only very patient and kind especially with elderly patients, but also provide clear step by step assistance with all the exercises. Immediately upon the patient exiting, cleaning and sanitizing is done to the workout areas. Truly this clinic sets a very high standard while ensuring the safety protocols due to Convid are enforced and at the same time, providing physiotherapy care that is desperately needed. A very sincere thank you to all employees, physiotherapists and to Manager Vince who sets the safe and excellent measures and standards for this clinic!!

The physiotherapist Fagun is incredibly knowledgeable, PTA Prachi and Drashti are very professional, and genuinely concerned about my injury and recovery. Masks and hand sanitizer are at the front desk and hand sanitizer is also available in the workout room. All equipment is cleaned after every use. Nice and bright facilities with lots of natural light and green plants. Very professional physiotherapists.

Expérience fantastique: Well where do I begin? I started going to this location for physio treatments in late June of last year. From the first visit I was made to feel comfortable and important! I wasn't treated like just another patient or number. The physiotherapist Sneha is just wonderful! She listens to your concerns, she is compassionate and goes above and beyond to ensure you are being cared for to the best of her ability! She is very personable as well. All the staff from reception to the owners are all friendly and genuine. They all take a personal interest in you for your well being. The physio assistants are wonderful and caring! They know their stuff! I am still a patient due to the nature of my health issues and I am very pleased and glad that I chose this location 909 Jane street. My recommendation is if you have need for physio treatments come here you won't regret it! Also they have a chiropractor Dr. Arvin on staff he is great!

Expérience positive: Due to past experience of this wellness center, I was a bit hesitant but decided to try again... Front desk receptionist greeted well and introduced to the Physiotherapist, Mr.Fagun Patel within 30 minutes or so. He is well qualified- MA in Physiotherapy-Neurology working since 2005. He viewed my MRI reports and further examined old complain of left calf homeopathic pain. After thorough examination he suggested a spinal decompression treatment. During the treatment, he took keen interest to decompress lower disc bulge for 10-12 minutes and his assistants helped me with suggested exercises. Over the period of treatment, pain reduced between 60-70 %. I am pleased with the results and their services rendered. My spouse, also took treatment at this center same time. She was positive with their services and results achieved. Receptionists are helpful and accommodating in adjusting appointments. We had an opportunity to meet owner and manager both seemed eagerly keen in improving the services and satisfaction of the patients. There is always room for improvements. We and other patients were of the opinion, little bit more efforts in friendly communications; cleaning and maintenance of the equipments will do a lot good to the facility. I recommend this wellness center which has improved a lot since my previous experience.

Expérience fantastique: Hi My name is Vittoria Ruffolo I am 75 years old I am using my daughters email address I unfortunately dont have my own, and I have to say How HAPPY and Pleased I am about my experience at this physio place.I had three torn tendons in my right shoulder in a lot of pain and no money to pay for Physio. I live in a seniors building and one of my friends recommended this physio place to me.......my experience was excellent not only did they take me right away by OHIP but the care and attention they gave me was wonderful. I was so surprised that even with my Italian accent we were able to communicate and understand each other. The front desk young ladies were incredible with me they would even take the time to help with my coat if needed. They explained my appointment dates, and gave me a printed copy so I would not forget. I am now much better and I am sad to say goodbye to all of them but until we meet again THANK YOU so much!!

Expérience fantastique: Physiotherapy clinics are not all made equal. I found this out the hard way by trying out various locations for extended periods of time without any real results. The physiotherapist here really stood out by zeroing in on the root causes of my knee issues and adressing them directly in order for me to regain the functionality I desired.

Expérience négative: Please avoid this place. First of all they're too many "student" assistants floating around doing nothing. You tell them your in pain etc and they don't even seem to care, they give you the electric stim and leave you to rot in the room for over 20 minutes while they chit chat about what they ate for dinner. They have actually made my neck and arm pain worse. By the way, the "rooms" are not rooms at all. They are mere cubicals divided by curtains. There is no sense of privacy at all!! And the reception? You can hear them giving bad attitude to the physiotherapists all the time, complaining about long hours, rude patients and even talking behind the backs of other patients. Not professional at all! The only good news I have are the physios on staff. They are the only ones there that actually seem to care and know what they're doing. Very knowledgable and caring. However, they should hire more of them and get rid of the extra training staff.
