My family doctor unfortunately was unsuccessful with fixing it, however, Adam removed the toe nail avulsion quickly without any pain. He took the time to get my orthotics correct and was very thorough during his initial assessment, realizing shin splints were problematic for me. Much appreciated!

Expérience négative: I booked an appointment here a month and a half in advance. I drove 2 hours away for my appointment to arrive and have them tell me that they accidentally cancelled my appointment, didn’t notify me, (when they meant to cancel someone else’s) and then filled my appointment time with another customer. I asked if the masseuse could see me after that person because I drove from 2 hours away for this. The answer was “no she’s going home after.” The only solution that was offered was for me to book another appointment for another day and come back. Unfortunately very disappointed in the lack of customer service.

I was told after my last appointment that I had no more funds left I would have to pay out of pocket for my massages. I told her to cancel them, she didn’t and wants to lie. If I could give -0 stars I would!! Don’t waste your time with this place

Expérience fantastique: Moved here in 2021, left behind an amazing sports injury therapist. Was looking for someone who did the same or similar. Co worker recommended Dr. Brendan. Went and saw him, and I swear by him!!! They are accommodating, friendly, warm, and wonderful. Just tonight (November 14th, 2024), I had a massage from Vanessa. Highly recommend her to deal with the knots and tightness in the neck and back!!! Amazing crew!!!

Expérience négative: It has been over a year since I last visited In Motion to get my foot looked after, so I call for a appointment and was promptly told that since I’ve been over a year away, I would have to pay for another Initial Assessment to the tune of 85.00 plus the fee to get my foot tended to. Nothing but a cash grab. So I went To Pedisoles on Colborne Rd. For 55.00 and Sandra was awesome. Not only did she fix my foot, she trimmed my toe nails, cleaned of the soles of my feet and moisturizer them. Not good business In Motion.

Expérience négative: I came into this facility with a concussion whiplash and nerve damage… was recommended to be sent back to work… was terminated from my place of employment for absenteeism from continuing/worsening symptoms… and denied further medical financial and emotional support… the negligence I experienced here in beyond excusable… Dr.Jane and Dr.Chad personally destroyed my life… owner claims ignorance…simply ask dr.chad if he recommended me to RTW against my advisement, and before ever physically examining my “triangle of death”… area I refer to from brow to temple to corner of forehead. Would you recommend someone to work with a deformed head from an injury while still experiencing symptoms of whiplash and post concussion syndrome??

I personally see Dr. Luke for Chiro and Madison for Massage but I have also seen Dr. Jane and Amanda and I have nothing but great things to say about everyone. I’m a bit of a hot mess and am very clumsy so visiting here has helped me on many occasions. I also highly recommend them for Pregnancy Massage.

I have done chiropractic, massage and acupuncture with them. They are very accommodating to fit you in, let your infants attend with you, etc. I have recommended them to many friends and colleagues with no reserve.
