When I hobbled into their office i received a caring, patient and understanding goup of people. After having 3 falls in a 3 month period Pradeep and his team has given me the confidence to go up and down stairs again, restore a muniscus tear in my knee by giving me the proper experiences and just being there when I needed them. They saw what she COULD do and helped her maintain as much mobility as possible as her disease progressed. Their expertise in neuro physio was deeply appreciated. And they were professional and kind and committed to helping my mom and building a positive connection with her, which in turn made her trust them and be more willing to work hard to keep as much independence as she could.

Very clean location, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Price is reasonable, and later working hours allow for more flexibility in booking appointments to meet schedules

Expérience négative: Prajeet was very dismissive of my pain and issues that I presented. Falsely reported progress on my ankle range rehabilitation. Would never recommend this place. Wasn't offered the full length recommend by my physician and told me he would argue with doctors and his reports. I recorded this conversation and can make it public anytime. Also believe that the new issues with my joint are in relation to the exercises he had me doing while physically pushing me passed my range. I think the city should do an inspection on these people's credentials because I doubt that the guy treating me was a real physiotherapist

Expérience négative: I booked an appointment a month and a bit ahead, knowing my life is very busy. Upon arrival to said appointment, I discovered it had been canceled. They weren't sure I'd show up because of what appears to be an error on their end, a misdialed phone number for confirmation. After the receptionist radials my number in front of me at her desk and is shown proof that my phone works just fine, my appointment is still not honored. Not impressed, will take my business elsewhere.

Expérience négative: Very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. Saw a physio therapist there for 7-8 months with no relief of symptoms. His methods of treatment were not working and making the pain worse and he kept on trying them. I asked multiple times for the exercises they recommended to be emailed to me so I could work on them at home but no one sent them. I would not recommend this office as they only seem interested in taking your money instead of trying to help work with you to fix the problem.
