He takes the time to explain things clearly and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The clinic itself is clean, inviting, and well organized. Customer service truly goes above and beyond—not just from Will, but also from the front desk staff, Luke and Jenna, who are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. I highly recommend Will and the entire team to anyone looking for top-quality physiotherapy care.

Expérience fantastique: I’ve been seeing Will for a little over a year and he has been phenomenal in supporting in identifying pain and preparing me for and now recovering from a major surgery. He’s very respectful, knowledgeable and clear in all his direction especially when providing direction for exercises at home and explaining in findings in office. Always willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure I understand what the plan is and he’s been a huge reason I feel I’ve recovered from surgery so quickly with no issues in mobility.

Will is very professional, thorough and respectful. He prepares a plan of exercises for you to do at home - after careful going through every single one together to make sure you are comfortable. Every appointment has been great and some really good progress! He lets you know how long it could take for the rehab and makes a plan so you know exactly where you’re going! Truly thankful that we have found him and would HIGHLY recommend - and already recommended! thanks again Will, I would still be broken without you! lol

I’ve been to many physiotherapy clinics with my time in the military, Will and his colleagues are among the best I’ve seen. I came into treatment with some severe pain and within weeks the treatment I received had me back on top and moving around like I was ten years younger! I can’t recommend them enough!

I have done numerous physiotherapy programs in the past following a "meet, email program, one-week effort, delete from mind" with little success. William has kept me on schedule and motivated, and also tailors the session to accommodate the complexities of working with someone who is neurodivergent in terms of energy expenditure, overcoming injury obstacles and tuning in to what your body is telling you. Pure kindness mixed with a passion to help you recover. I cannot express how amazing finding an individual to work with who is educated on the intersection of the mind-body healing relationship. Expérience fantastique: Will does a thorough exam to diagnose issues, checks in frequently to monitor process, and is highly invested in improving his patient’s health. Went in with a pinched nerve got relief and regular exercises to improve condition, and avoid recurrence.

Expérience fantastique: I have been going to this clinic for 6 months now and have always been exceptionally pleased with the service, but my experience in the last week has been so extraordinary, I had to post a review. The first thing I want to mention is the call I received from Luke on my birthday. When I saw the number I panicked a bit because I thought I had mixed up my appointment date, but when I found out he was just calling to wish me a happy birthday, I was so impressed. I have never experienced that level of customer service before and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciated it. But the most significant thing that happened this week was the care I received from my physiotherapist Will Howatt. Will has been helping me with a chronic issue since February which has significantly improved my quality of life, but my July visit was to deal with a new issue that developed on my vacation. For a month I had pain and swelling in my knee. I couldn’t walk up or down stairs without gasping and holding the handrail. He immediately diagnosed the affected muscle and after one treatment and following his instructions regarding exercises and applying heat, I couldn’t believe the transformation in just 24 hours. Will is so knowledgeable, skilled, and professional. I would recommended him to anyone. So my advice is, RUN, DON’T WALK to this clinic. And if you can’t run right now, go see Will and you’ll be running in no time!

I appreciated that Will supported my efforts to incorporate some prescribed exercises in my ADL.
