Expérience fantastique: My experience with Dr. Marc Bijman has been nothing but pleasant. I sought Marc's expertise for a glute injury I sustained which hindered my ability to train at the gym. I was extremely nervous and pessimistic that I would not be able to train as I used to. However, Marc relieved all my fears and restored optimism, ultimately healing me. He was honest about the recovery process and provided so much helpful information along the way. I worked with Marc for about 2-3 months, seeing him on a weekly basis. He was thoughtful through the process and continually tested my strength abilities each visit allowing me get a better understanding of where I was at. Each week he would provide a stretching routine for me to complete to help with the recovery process. He healed my glute and I am now back training at the gym at full capacity. I will definitely be visiting Dr. Marc Bijman again in the future for any injury I encounter.

Expérience fantastique: After 7 weeks of severe low back and leg pain, multiple appointments with multiple therapists, I gave Marc a try. He quickly diagnosed my issue as Sciatica and provided me with information about what it is, what to expect and some stretches to help repair the problem. Marc was also able to get me in very quickly which was nice!

Expérience fantastique: If you are looking for an attentive and knowledgeable chiropractor, I highly recommend Dr. Marc. He has a focused, unique and effective style that makes him a leader in his field. Before moving to Ontario he saw our family of 4 and also my Dad regularly. Throughout this time, he delivered specialized treatment plans to each of us for our own healing needs. We miss him very much in Victoria, as I’m sure all his clients here do too. To be honest, we have not found a replacement for our chiro void who fits quite right yet. He set the bar high.

In a matter of a few short months, Dr. Bijman set up a treatment plan that significantly reduced my pain and dramatically increased my flexibility so much so that I now am back to enjoying all the sports I was so used to playing without pain. I've had experiences with other chiros, they were okay, however, the improvements were minimal. Dr. Marc was able to get me from off work and barely functioning to pretty close to 100% over 4 treatments. Highly recommend!

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Marc helped me heal a chronic back injury of several years after several years of failed treatment with other professionals ranging in focus. He has a holistic approach and a bias towards evidence-based treatment, so you can focus on what’s most important. I’ve also been seeing Dr. Marc for a more recent injury and doing virtual sessions. This has been equally effective since the vast majority of issues do not rely on an in-person ‘quick fixes’ but the hard work you put in your daily life. This relies on a solid diagnosis and thoughtful plan of attack, which he will provide.

Expérience fantastique: Dr. Marc has been the best thing for my back. I went from needing painkillers just to get through the day to be comfortable again. Absolutely fantastic service and care is put into each visit. It makes what I thought would be a stressful process something I’m always looking forward to for my next appointment. The staff has been fantastic and very good with their safety protocols everything is constantly sanitized and I’ve never seen a face not covered by a mask and hand sanitizer has always been available, it’s the safest I feel at any place that isn’t my own house.

I am so grateful that he not only dealt with my vertigo but continued the treatment to address other issues related to vertigo with his expertise as a chiropractor. I felt great! They were able to get me from an 8 out of 10 pain to 95% improvement almost instantaneously. I went to see Dr. Marc, and he fixed me up almost instantaneously and gave me some helpful exercises to continue doing. I was so impressed with the level of care. He's not one of those chiropractors that you have to see the rest of your life. Very happy I chose to go in that day. The facility is also very clean, and COVID screens are well-executed.

Expérience fantastique: Out of the several chiropractors I've seen, Dr. Bijman is definitely the best. He is very thorough in his approach and is very much a people person/easy to talk to. He truly cares about each individual and what's going on in their lives - he understands all realms of health, not just in the physical sense. Additionally, I used to have sharp pain in my neck and shoulders after sitting for long hours at my desk job - now I'm pain-free! Between Dr. Bijman and the physiotherapist he referred me to, the treatment plan is working and I'm so grateful. I highly recommend him :)
