I went so many Physiotherapy but it's doesn't help my issues. So I decided to Google search the best Physiotherapy in Stratford and it's shows Flex Physiotherapy so I phoned right away and they gave me schedule. I can't thank you enough to Nicolle you are awesome, You care your patient with hearts hands on treatment and also they sent me home exercise now I felt myself again. That's why I highly recommended Flex Physiotherapy.❤️

Additionally, she provided me with some at home exercises (not related to my issue) that will support my overall skeletal function. The person working the front desk was also kind and helpful. Have supported me with a back injury years ago and during my pregnancy. Would high it recommend Nicole who specializes in pelvic floor health.

Expérience négative: Unfortunately we won’t be returning to this clinic after a disappointing experience. My Mom was 5-10 mins late, called ahead to say she would be late. Apologized for being late. She was not received well by reception and was told she could not see her Physiotherapist even though there was ample time left in her scheduled 60min appointment. She was told by reception she would not be charged the no show fee this time. Terrible customer experience for someone recovering from hip replacement surgery. In a previous appointment, her Physiotherapist was 15mins behind and my Mom did not mind, but also did not get her full hour. Inconsistent messaging. My Mom has said Ownership is good at this location which is one of the reasons I’m posting. More than one of her appointments left her upset for very poor treatment. My Mom is a very fair and pleasant person, so to hear this story from her means her experience was unfair and unprofessional.
I am sorry that your mother experienced this. I have diligently investigated and we have not had any history of this type of occurrence. We do not treat replacement surgeries for an hour as we have a 1:1 treatment model. I believe you have the wrong clinic. I hope you receive the appropriate care and in light of the situation, remove the review from our site and ensure you address this issue with the correct clinic. Thank you.
Expérience négative: I called in yesterday to inquire about any volunteer positions that this clinic may have for university students and the receptionist hung up on me. Usually at other clinics, they would reply with a yes or no answer. I rarely ever write any reviews but I found this demeanour very unprofessional.
I am sorry that you feel this way. I inquired with my staff regarding this and was told that we did not receive such a phone call. We do take some students for volunteer positions, therefore find this very usual. Perhaps you have the wrong clinic.

Honestly I don’t know how I survived before her . I have had numerous other treatments but nothing was really making a drastic difference until I saw Anita . She is very professional and amazing on what she does !! Iam an athlete and if anyone wants relief then get some dry needling done !! It is uncomfortable durning the process of dry needling but afterwards I feel so much better like a new woman. As an athlete recovery is very important which I believe she has helped my body become a new badass !! Thanks again !!

Her tailor-made exercise and strengthening program for at-home followup has been a godsend in helping to reduce concussion symptoms and headaches. We pride ourselves, at Flex Physiotherapy, on our minimum 20 minute sessions that are 1-1 with patient and physiotherapist. As a result, this miscommunication could not occur at our clinic. We also have strong relationships with the doctors, involving an open communication pathway. We are happy to hear you are feeling better and wish you continued health.
