Expérience négative: First session, they charged me 120 dollars for one hour. Anagha started 10 min late, and asked questions for about 30 min. I was not satisfied with the time spent for therapy. It's a lot of money, and should be worth it. Other sessions are just 30 min, but they charge you 90 dollars, and Kanika just worked on my neck for about 10 min, not more. The rest of time, they use ultra sound or another machine. I don't suggest physiotherapy here. I think message may be more worth the money you pay. Of course, if they really give you a message for the time you pay for.

Anagha completed a thorough initial assessment, carefully explained my injury and recovery plan, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Following my assessment, Kanika became my primary physiotherapist throughout my recovery, and I cannot say enough good things about her. I have my FD at Prime Medical Centre so location wise it was very convenient, had my sessions with Ana and she really helped me with my issue and I was all better after 6 sessions, the therapy and the exercises really improved my condition, Afiya was also quite accommodating with my appointments I was offered time slots according to my schedule. Expérience fantastique: I started seeing Kanika for Pelvic Floor therapy and Sam for prenatal massages in my third trimester. I cannot stress how much they are preparing me for giving birth. Kanika has been extremely helpful in ensuring that I strengthen my pelvic floor and that I have the proper breathing techniques for labour. If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, I highly recommend you visit Kanika for pelvic floor therapy and Sam for massage therapy!

I did not even know TMJ could be treated via physiotherapy and Kanika surely knows the pressure points and the right exercises to relieve my pain. After being in a cast for nearly 8 weeks, my hand had completely lost its strength, grip, and mobility. It was stiff, sore, and honestly a bit discouraging.
