Expérience fantastique: The physiotherapist that is treating me for my back issues (Tatiana Lopes) has magical hands. She takes time explaining your injuries and would listen to you with patience and compassion. The staff is very welcoming and the place is quiet, warm and very clean. I would recommend this place 100 times! Also the office is inside the pool building , take some time to use the hot tub and relax before of after your appointment. Lots of parking available.

Expérience négative: The lack of professionalism throughout that entire office is astounding. They are not too concerned with your care, if they where they would be properly scheduling appointments and letting clients know if there therapist is going on vacation before the day he leaves. I'm recovering from knee surgery and physio is an important part of my rehabilitation and this office is not taking it seriously. Also, if you cancel an appointment due to the flu they will call your case manager and tell them you just didn't show up! Unprofessional. After my last appointment on Friday I scheduled my next visit for the following Thursday (I am supposed to be seen twice a week) the front desk had no idea who I was or why I was there. Zero stars if I could.
