Expérience fantastique: I’ve seen Bob for a few injuries over the last year and I can’t recommend him enough! Bob sits listens and helps come up with a treatment plan for the injury. He gives homework exercises to work on each visit and from there you add onto them each visit to work and strengthen the injured area.

Expérience fantastique: I was warmly greeted by reception and the physiotherapist. Riona did a thorough assessment. When massage was painful she gave the option of dry needling. Exercises were demonstrated and follow up sent via email. She was compassionate and recommended to continue daily exercise including walking and a community based strength and balance program.

Expérience fantastique: Both my wife and I were in a car accident and required physio and had several months treatment for back injuries. And the care and professionalism from physiotherapist Luschka Dearle was so good we looked forward to our weekly visits, she is not only good at physio, she truly cares about people. I highly recommend anyone requiring physio to drive to High River and visit Lifemark.

Expérience fantastique: Robyn was so fantastic to work with. I went in being barely able to move my arm without pain. And left being able to move properly and with an exercise regimen that got my shoulder working well again. She was easy to work with, gave clean and effective instructions, and did not dismiss any of my concerns or questions.

Dr Bob and (I'm so sorry I forgot her name) have been extremely helpful working with me to start resolving my list of issues. I first walked in with extreme pain and zero quality of life, and with all the different treatments and homework so far, I'm slowing seeing a light at the end of this long tunnel. I will be going here for as long as the place is open. The front staff have also been very friendly :)

Expérience fantastique: Bob and the staff at Lifemark Physiotherapy are absolutely fantastic! The administration staff is always friendly and welcoming. I began seeing Bob after I tore my ACL and partially my MCL, as well as a minor meniscus injury. After just the first session I knew I was in great hands. I have heard a lot of amazing reviews from friends within town about Bob and knew he was the best one for me. After only about 4 or 5 sessions Bob had my mobility and strength back. He gave me simple yet effective exercises and showed me exactly how to do them. Then he gave me homework to do at home as well. I have heard of other physiotherapists wanting clients to come in several times a week for my injury but it seems that Bob doesn’t make one go more than they should be. I love that about this office. They are never pushy. Once I had my ACL reconstruction surgery, I made an appointment with Bob to continue to rehabilitate my knees post surgery. It’s been 6 weeks since my surgery and my range of motion and strength are doing amazing, and I definitely attribute that to having Bob as my physiotherapist. He puts me at ease and also tells me when I’m overdoing it. I’m so glad this excellent facility exists here in High River.

Expérience fantastique: At first I was reluctant to try online Physio but, to my delight, found it easy to access and found Luschka very warm and helpful. I appreciate having detailed exercises forwarded to me so that I didn’t need to try to remember them. Normally I prefer face to face interactions but, in this pandemic time, this was a great alternative. She gave me lots of suggestions, all of which have been helpful. I highly recommend this clinic and this experience.

Expérience négative: Based on experience, the therapist I saw here was great and very helpful. However on my most recent visit they have since hired new from end staff. I had a very difficult time trying to get through on the phone in order to get some questions answered before booking an appointment. Ended up having to book online and when arrived at appointment was met with a hostile lady. Not welcoming and not friendly. When I asked a question regarding treatment that she didn’t like she told me to talk to her manager, rolled her eyes and walked away. The office manager was very good in trying to help and made phone calls to answer my questions while the other lady sat there. Unfortunately I will not step back into this building or any other life mark location.

I really appreciate the fact that I can get my appointments early in the morning (early enough that the times do not interfere with my job).
