The appointment began with a straightforward conversation about my health, concerns, wants and expectations where I felt heard and affirmed. They were thorough when completing an initial assessment of my movement, pain levels and current abilities. I was then coached through performing the exercises correctly and made sure I completely understood the mechanics behind the movements as well as why they are important as building blocks for long term mobility. We then discussed the different support options that they provide for clients and lastly we put into place a plan that will help me achieve my goals.

Expérience fantastique: I've had consecutive fractures of my shoulders 2 years apart. Cortney has readapted my left arm to the maximum range of motion . By fracturing my right shoulder this summer, I am back in her care . She is wonderful ! Kind, generous, thoughtful, caring, gentle, STRONG and mighty, efficient , much aware and willing to adapt exercises to my rate of healing . She is sensitive to my emotional needs and is encouraging to pursue with diligence my progress. In my book she phenomenal.
