Yesha, completed my assessment and started some stretching right away and told me what exercises I would do at home to continue my path to getting better. Each appointment she asks about continued symptoms or pain and then begins new physio stretching. I have the ultra sound, tense and cupping each appointment also for my lower back and neck from a accident. She is a 10/10 !

Expérience fantastique: Today I “Graduated”. I showed up here in a wheelchair with my parents pushing, after a hospital stay from a severe motorcycle accident in September 2024. Then one day I moved onto a walker then two crutches then one crutch then to a cane now that I only need for long distances. Sometimes I don’t need it if I’m not going far! I’ll aways have pain but that’s injury specific. I’ve had a lot of help along the way from family. At CBI I want to give a big thanks to Brandon my PT, Renelle before him, Kristina my Kinesiologist working hard with me all summer, Mantis my OT, Lota my psychologist, Melanie for keeping things running smooth and last but very not least, the epic scheduling queens, Sherry & Carly! Kind, professional and patient staff! 5 Stars!! Also, if you need a positive & helpful quote, hit up Rob! It helped me on my most changing days mentally and physically. Brandon is a kind person who always cared and stepped up my program when needed as did Kristina. Highly recommended business! They worked well with my insurance company.

Expérience négative: I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere if you are in need of physiotherapy. In my sessions I felt as though I was getting the most generic help possible. They didn't take into consideration my strengths or my weaknesses. They didn't really take much time to get to know me (One of my sessions was only four minutes long!). I just got some printouts and out the door I went. I could've easily Googled "Exercises to help my lower back" and found better things to do. Now, everyone who worked there was polite and professional. No doubt other people have had better experiences there, so hopefully I'm just an outlier. Still, I am left feeling very disappointment by the services provided. If you are asking my opinion, go elsewhere if you want help. Or at least don't go there after 3:00p.m.

Expérience fantastique: Ive been treated at CBI for 28 weeks post concussion. Ive seen various physiotherapists, I’ve worked with the kinesiologist and words can’t describe the amount of help, caring and compassion I’ve received. Highly recommend!

I am glad that I am better to not need to go anymore but I will miss her stories of her adventures. Expérience négative: I went in to inquire about physio and massage due to a workplace injury. The receptionist was abrupt and in my face, stating it would cost a lot of money and asking whether I had private insurance while waiting for WSINB. If the doctors are requesting I have both treatments performed on a long-term basis, the payment method shouldn't matter if the pain is affecting my health, mentality, and ability to work.

New brace (Equilibrium), tons of physio with Jintu and I could actually run if I wanted to. They went above and beyond and got to say the office staff did fantastic because I know I'm not easy to deal with due to my work schedule. Five stars +

Expérience négative: Incompetent staff, have been here twice myself and the staff usually have no idea what they are doing. They are confused, and unaware of what they are supposed to be doing during what I would think is a routine practice. I also know someone who was injured during a pre employment physical test after they were instructed to lift something extremely heavy and was told “I don’t care how you do it, but if you want this job you need to lift this crate to this shelf”. Mind you these weights were bags of rocks of various weights that were set into a milk crate. Like what kind of facility is this?

Expérience négative: they have poor communication on scheduling , and as a result of that my file was closed for workers comp.. now left with a soar back and will be going elsewhere with my out of pocket money. do not go here.
