I’ve experienced years of discomfort and without any relief so I decided to take a step outside of my comfort zone and try CBI Health. I couldn’t be more pleased with my body’s condition since coming here. Since my condition at my age is very rare it was a struggle at first to find the source of my discomfort although once Giancarlo figured out the source, it only took a few more visits to live life forgetting I was even disabled! The methods Giancarlo uses aren’t harmful at all and instead of being injected with numerous treatments to fix my condition, He’s worked with my bodies muscles to improve their condition. I would 100% recommend going here based on the practices being used are extremely helpful and make you feel like an entirely different person!

He treated me for vestibular balance issues and dizziness following a sudden medical episode earlier this year that was extremely unsettling and difficult to diagnose. I had seen medical doctors and gone through testing, but no one was able to clearly identify or reproduce what I was experiencing. John was the first professional who was able to help me replicate the dizziness and explain what was happening. Because my symptoms were random and unpredictable, this was a huge breakthrough. He gave me very specific exercises and practical tools to work on, and they truly helped. Thanks to his guidance and consistency, I’m now almost fully recovered. What really sets John apart is how engaging and generous he is with his knowledge. Expérience fantastique: Stumbled upon Giancarlo in Reddit as I was looking for a local physiotherapist. I'm glad I found him as I needed help with my knee pain. Giancarlo is very knowledgeable and knows how to listen to understand so he can actually treat you properly. He didn't give me a million exercises to do outside of treatment so that I can actually do them every day. He also didn't tell me to stop working out (cause we all know some of them out there say that!) but instead encourages me to still workout at a slower pace or scale it down or avoid any exercise that affects the area for a time to help heal my knee. It shows how professional and amazing the clinic is with Giancarlo managing/heading it because it trickles down to the staff that he has there - Diya and Kaman are just proof of that! I twisted my right leg during the fall.I suffered a fractured tibia, severe back and neck pain, vertigo from a concussion, and other physical & emotional injuries. Prior to attending CBI Milton, I went through two other rehabilitation centres in Milton. Neither of those places addressed my vertigo. They had a lack of empathy and patience. They didn’t listen to me, or address my concerns. I wasn’t getting better, and really felt depression taking over. .I made the switch to CBI Milton in February which was the BEST decision. I can’t thank Giancarlo and Pierson enough for the care and support they’ve given me . I’ve seen real progress in my recovery . They take the time to understand what I am going through. They have empathy, patience & compassion. I’m finally getting so much better physically and emotionally. My pain has significantly improved, and my vertigo has become much more manageable. I finally feel like I’m on the right path to recovery. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate and effective rehab care. I am stronger and healthier now than I have been since before I had kids (almost 8 years ago now), and that is largely thanks to my work with them. Even when I've had to reschedule an hour before an appointment. The clinic administrator, Kaman, is also incredibly helpful and accommodating.
