I go for chiro, massage and athletic therapy and all of their staff have been incredibly knowledgeable and inviting. Fantastic experience: Dr. Carolyn is so kind and fun to be around. I really enjoy our visits. No one has ever been able to adjust me like she does. Her staff is also super friendly. There is so much going on in the building it’s like a one stop health shop. Definitely check this place out!

Negative experience: The staff were not nice and didn’t necessarily give me what I needed. I’ve been having terrible pains and this is place I thought would work but I was let down immediately upon entry. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Not what I had expected at all from the reviews I heard, staff was extremely difficult to schedule with, they were disrespectful to my spouse, either we had come in on one of their bad days or they are just always like that. Snippy and disrespectful from my experience, I hope no one has an encounter like this here but if you do I highly recommend steelcity instead. Very poor customer service and treatment to their own business. I walked out and was extremely happy with SteelCity.

Negative experience: Do not trust them to accurately keep track of insurance billings. wife and daughter had both been going there for a while. In Jan my insurance coverage changed. New paperwork was submitted. They contiuned to try and bill my old closed plan several times even though they were told several time that plan did not exist. Finally they figured it out, my wifes billings were fine, but they required more paperwork signed for my daughter. It was completed and submitted. We thought everything was fine until recently calling my wife to say there were still payments oweing for my daughter from April because they couldnt bill insurance even though all the paperwork requested was completed. They waited 4 months to tell us and then had the audacity to withdraw the money from my wifes bank account without notice or consent. I dont know what is going on there, completely unacceptable and unprofesional. We will not be returning.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, I’ve tried to go multiple times, staff continues to be rude. They seemed very rushed everytime there wasn’t a concern for my well being it was very get in and get out scenario.

Negative experience: My wife had a stroke 2 years ago and we had Dr.Weiss come to work on my wife's shoulder over 4 or 5 times at our house as she is wheel chair bound. She told us that she would get my wife walking again and that she would send a good physiotherapist and she would get things rolling. Never saw her or her therapist. She just disappeared. If her memory is that bad , I hope that she is not working patients? She gave my poor wife false hope. If I could give her a zero star, that would be my choice.

Fantastic experience: Got to know you and pinpoint the effected area and started to go to work. I woke up 55min. Later and pain was gone

The doctor Carolyn Weiss was fantastic so friendly so informative explain everything as well as shown us what she was doing on a model that's great service 5 out of 5

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience from the moment I walked thru the door Cede gave me an hour long massage and then went and seen the chiropractor. She was extremely professional and asked multiple questions and was able to adjust me where other chiropractors couldn't

Negative experience: Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and comfortable waiting room. The receptionist however is very rude and condescending. And not helpful at all. More concerned about money than what she can do to help. Dr Weiss and other staff are exceptional their care and compassion are top notch. I won't give a one star rating because of one employee, However I can't get past the rude, condescending, staff member.

Negative experience: I had unpleasant experience at the clinic today. I was asking the receptionist nicely if they accept a secondary health insurance and she said we dont do this. I was trying to understand why since this is not my experience at other places. She said they never pay them back and then she said i had a late fee because of this and they never get a hold of me, she said i call u many times and u do not answer or return my calls. yes i remember ur name. I was surprised because honestly i never receive a call from the office informing me of those fees which is would happily pay the $14 dollar. She was rude when talking to me, i felt she was accusing me not wanting to pay the outstanding $14 service fee. She ask me to pay upfront before my massage because she is leaving soon. I am struggling with anxiety and this experience made me so anxious and feeling uncomfortable. I wanted to leave right away but thought it is not fair for the massage therapist. I have seen Dr. Weiss in the past and the massage therapist today. They are nice people and professional regardless of the receptionist behaviour with me. Its not personal she could've just ask me to pay the amount and explain why. I am not a thief to be treated like this. I left very emotional and i dont think will return there.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Canvin just days ago and am very impressed with him. He's very thorough, professional and excellent at his job. I have problem diabetic feet and there was no pain at all with procedures he did. Very reasonably priced as well!

Fantastic experience: Thankyou Meridian Chiropractic you fixed my severe back pain that I had been dealing with for 3 months. I had visited 3 chiropractors within that time frame at different practises and the results were not the same. The pain relief was very short term. I cannot recall the chiropractor DR that I had during this one time visit but she was a female. I truly appreciate how she took the time to educate me and to show me how to properly lift heavy items. I have applied what she taught me to my daily life and my back/core is getting stronger. Thankyou again.

Negative experience: Had bad hockey injury..... Lady chiropractor fixed it up good... Very good doctor.... Called three times.. Trying to get a 5 minute check up.... couldn't get in.. ( busy usually means good doctor) but to me.. With a seriously injured recovering shoulder..... wanting to see my doctor.. That really really really really sucks.. Had to go to Winnipeg.. 2 stars..

Fantastic experience: Doctor Weiss and the staff at Meridian are phenomenal and take such good care. Doctors Weiss is very knowledgeable and helpful. Whenever I need care she makes things right and keeps me aligned. I couldn't participate in my regular fitness activities or career without the backing she provides with excellent chiropractic care. Overall the clinic is always clean, all levels of staff are working to keep you safe during COVID-19 and everyone is very friendly. Worth the drive from Winnipeg but definitely the place to go if you're in the Selkirk area!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy to discover that a young, science based chiropractor had come to Selkirk. I suffered with chronic neck and shoulder pains for years eventually forcing me to stop playing golf. Dr. Weiss was recommended to me by several of her patients and after about a half dozen sessions, I was back to golf, pain free. She is very methodical in her approach and explains every step in the treatment process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Weiss has been treating me for plantar fasciitis for a couple months now and she is amazing. She is attentive, cares about her patients, and recently scanned my feet for orthodics and walked me through that process. I will recommend her to anyone and everyone.
