Fantastic experience: We had a good experience booking on the site and getting our insurance set up with them! Dr. Fong is a great guy and employer and patiently helped his new employee figure out the computer system.

Negative experience: I had my first visit to this clinic today, and I am somewhat disappointed with the service. Initially, my regular Massage Therapist at another clinic was fully booked, and as I needed relief for my back pain, a co-worker recommended this clinic. When I booked my appointment over the phone, the lady took some of my information, and I assumed everything was in order. However, upon arriving at the exact time of my 2:30 pm appointment, I was not informed to come 5 or 10 minutes early to fill out additional paperwork for their records, leaving me no choice but to complete it then. In summary, the massage therapist brought me into the room around 2:45 pm. While she was skilled, the massage lasted only 45 minutes instead of the paid 1-hour session. Additionally, I was expecting a full-body massage, but she only focused on my back. To add to the disappointment, when I tried to claim my bill directly through my insurance, the front desk informed me it was rejected without providing detailed information. Despite my request to call my provider, I was told it was too late as their office was not in Edmonton. Left with no choice, I paid out of pocket. Upon reaching home, I contacted my provider and discovered that the rejection was due to wrong input of information or internet connection issues. This experience reflects poor service, and the staff was unhelpful throughout the process.

Negative experience: Went to see chiropractor & massage wasn't happy with the service just waste of money, didn't submit the claim to insurance & told us to pay & get money back from insurance

Fantastic experience: I found the people at this clinic very friendly and professional. When you first walk in, you are greeted by Laura, a friendly office manager/receptionist who will get all your pertinent information from you and then direct you to the appropriate room for treatment. I had back problems and barely able to walk and Dr. Fong in time with prescribed exercises and treatments, had me fixed up as good as new. The massage therapist, Maria is the best therapist I have ever had work on me ( and I have had quite a few therapists). With her massage therapy in conjunction with Dr. Fong's prescribed treatments and exercises, Maria got me back to where I can walk with minimum amount of pain because of her expertise. I can't say enough good things about the people that work there in the clinic, but the results speak for themself. I also have other family members who attend this clinic and I would recommend this group of professionals to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Pagnotta is incredible. I was rear ended pretty severely in 2014 while I was driving to work, did physio on my neck/upper back for 6 months and went on my merry way. A couple months ago I had some pretty bad pain and motion problems in my lower back/hip hip (residual from the accident) flare up. I booked in with Dr. Pagnotta to have her take a look and she was very thorough and helpful in our initial consultation and appointment. I’ve been back to see her a few times since and I cannot say enough good things. I always walk out of appointments with immediate relief from any discomfort or pain and she always gives good advice and the best adjustments. I’m so glad I found her.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful I found Dr Fong at Heritage Lane Chiropractic. After years of struggling with ongoing back issues, he was the first chiropractor I had been to who was able to identify what was causing the problem (scoliosis and arthritis) and help me manage it effectively. What I appreciate about Dr Fong is that he incorporates new research, technology, and techniques to best serve his patients. He individualizes his treatments depending on their particular needs and circumstances, and is not a “cookie cutter” chiropractor. I have had acupuncture and massage at the clinic also and the standard of care was excellent. Irene and the front line staff are very friendly and helpful. Great clinic all around!

Negative experience: Had 3 visits last year was told my problem was posture. Pain has never went away went to a diff chiropractor recently and he said I was completely miss diagnosed. This man is a money grabber put me on a tens machine and hardly spoke with me for 3 appointment and when he did his mind seemed elsewhere, I am contacting my benefits provider to make a complaint and will be finding other avenues to complain through. STAY AWAY

Fantastic experience: I go here all the time for a massage with Kaeli and she is fantastic! I’ve been seeing her regularly for over three years and cannot say enough great things about her, even when my Mom comes to visit from out of town she goes to see her. The whole staff here is always really good to deal with. Great Place and Kaeli is an amazing massage therapist.

Positive experience: Neal is a great chiro but can sometimes be a little too rushed. The massage therapists here can range from excellent to mediocre so you may need to try a few to find the best ones, and then stick with them.

Fantastic experience: I had lower back pain for a long time. When nothing else seemed to work. I thought I would try acupuncture. Camilla Guay-Moon correctly identified the problem area and other areas contributing to the pain. My experience with Camilla has been exceptional. She has cured my back pain. I Would urge anyone who has reservations about acupuncture to try a session with Camilla Guay-Moon

Positive experience: I've had a lot of mid back and low back pain for a couple years now. I've seen other chiropractors and have felt Dr. Fong has been more successful in treating me to have progressively less pain to no pain. I can trust that i will be taken care when i visit.

Negative experience: I had extreme back pain a couple of years ago and went here with Mr Fong. After using some pain relieving/cooling cream, he decided to adjust me and pressed directly on my spine and made it worse. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Mr Fong at this clinic.

Negative experience: Worst Deep Tissue Massage! Kaili seems nice but by no means should be promoted as a deep tissue Massage Therapist. She requires numerous hours of training to be assigned as such. The hour appointment was an absolute waste. My neck, shoulder area is still tight, extremely dissatisfied!
