Fantastic experience: Highly recommend!! Dr. Natalie is absolutely incredible! My two daughters and I have been coming here for care since they were 3 and 6 weeks old. She has been phenomenal at supporting me postpartum twice now -- relieving back pain + other challenges I faced after my c-sections. She was also the first Dr. to take my first daughter's feeding issues/ tongue ties seriously and was a huge supporter in us getting the help we needed during that time. Dr. Natalie's extensive training in postpartum and newborns/children makes her one of the best chiropractors in our area. She is not only intelligent, but a warm, friendly, and supportive person you want to have in your corner!!

Fantastic experience: My 4 week old has been seeing Dr Natalie since he was approx 2 weeks old. With oral ties, our feeding journey hasn’t been 100% off to a great start. Since attending chiro I’ve noticed a significant difference with feeding. Less gas, less tension, better sleep. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Natalie is amazing with my baby. He has so many struggles since he was born and shes been extremely helpful, kind, and has prioritized my sons needs. Shes very knowledgeable with babies and children and when I first brought my son in for his assessment she even checked in to make sure I was getting postpartum care as well. Shes a very calm and non judgemental person and you immediately feel safe walking into the doors. Her receptionist is very friendly, kind and caring. Wonderful place to go. I finally have some peace of mind that my little babe is getting the care he needs.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Dr. Natalie Bernicky at Ease Family Chiropractic by the Infant Feeding Clinic in Smiths Falls when our daughter Elizabeth, who was born six weeks early, was struggling with feeding. From the very beginning, Natalie took us in quickly, listened carefully, and identified that our baby had tension affecting her ability to feed and her overall comfort. Her care made such a difference. She assessed and treated our daughter promptly, and we saw real improvements. It’s now been almost six months of visits for Elizabeth, and I’ve also been seeing Natalie myself for about five months. Every single visit has been a positive experience. Natalie and Larissa are always welcoming, smiling, and genuinely happy to see us. Natalie takes the time to listen, shows real care and concern, and consistently does her very best to help us feel better. Not all chiropractors are specialized in treating infants, but Natalie is—and it truly shows. Some visits, the clinic is full of babies, and it’s so heartwarming to see! Fantastic experience: As an over the road truck driver and sitting for long periods of time over the last 20 years, my lower back became extremely stiff and painful to stand correctly. I originally started coming in December 2025 because I was experiencing migraines roughly every 1–2 months. Since beginning care here, I have had just one migraine total. Fantastic experience: We found Dr. Natalie during my first pregnancy and we've never looked back. She took care of me through two pregnancies and two postpartum periods and I couldn't be more grateful. Now she treats my whole family including my 2 year old and 3 month old. Her kindness and compassion shines so bright, and she makes us feel at "ease" everytime we are in her space.

Fantastic experience: We've been seeing Dr Natalie Bernicky since our son was 2 months old. He was diagnosed with Torticollis and the work she has done helped tremendously. My son loves her and is always happy and smiling at Natalie. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail. She is very flexible as sometimes it's hard to be on time with a baby. Not only did she help my son, I myself started seeing her and wow, it makes such a big difference. I would highly recommend Dr Natalie to anyone and especially families with small (or big) kids. For us it's now a family outing once a month where everyone gets treated. :-)

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Bernicky at Ease! She saw me through the majority of my pregnancy. I was very mobile and comfortable through pregnancy and I attribute that to her care. Shes seen my son through all his stages, pre and post tongue revision to mobile to busy toddler. Dr. Bernicky has always been a warm welcome space through my pregnancy, postpartum and on. Very responsive and accommodating, cannot reccomend Ease enough!

The best part for us is, that she specialized in children. As parents we want our children to grow “properly”, and we are 100% confident with Dr. Bernicky’s approach. Fantastic experience: I found Dr. Natalie by chance after my daughter had a tongue and lip tie release. She is very knowledgeable in infant care and makes you leave feeling at ease with your little ones physical health.

Fantastic experience: I started seeing Dr. Natalie during my 37th week of pregnancy when i learned of my babies breech position. She did not hesitate to get me in ASAP to get started on flipping baby with webster technique. Though he did not flip, she definitely contributed to my body being happy, even at 41 weeks and 5 days pregnant. She has been knowledgeable and supportive since that first phone call to schedule in with her. I now bring my baby to see her since he was 1 week old, and am happy to have her for my postpartum journey. I am yet to ask a question she could not answer confidently, with great detail. Our visits are well worth the 40 minute (one way) drive to see Dr. Natalie.

Fantastic experience: Took my newborn in for a lip tie assessment, within a few appointments I have not only seen an improvement with her latch but also an improvement with her digestion and becoming more settled. Dr.Natalie is very knowledgeable and great with children!

Fantastic experience: Natalie goes above and beyond to try to give you all the information and tools she can along with great chiropractic care! I started going to her mid-pregnancy when my ultrasound showed that the baby was in the breach position. The doctors said not to worry as it was early enough, but I didn’t want later complications. By the next ultrasound baby was back in the correct position! I had an fairly easy labour and delivery and I definitely think chiropractic care aided in that!

Fantastic experience: I love visiting Dr. Natalie! I recently heard about her work and care through a friend and was very interested. I was 6 months pregnant, injured my tailbone and was in a lot of pain for many weeks. She adjusted me and used pressure points to alleviate stress in certain nerves. Within the first week I had noticeably progressed in my healing. After the second week of care I was hooked. I'm a true believer in her, and her work because I've experienced it first hand. If you are nervous or hesitant, don't be, she has a very calming personality and will walk/talk you through every move and it's purpose. Highly recommended!

It’s a slow process but I’m definitely seeing a positive difference. She encourages other health avenues as she sees sees fit for my progress (massage therapy, natural medicines, exercises). Fantastic experience: Highly recommend! Dr. Natalie has been treating my infant son (from 4 weeks old) for digestive/reflux issues and full body care to ensure proper development. She has been extremely accomodating in schedule and her knowledge and skill are exceptional.
