Fantastic experience: They have the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever had. Have never had any trouble with them not answering the phone and even when I was late for my appointment they called me to make sure I was ok I appreciated the reminder as I had got side tracked and had forgotten my appointment but thankfully they were able to fit me in when I did get there. I always get a reminder text the day before which is very much appreciated. You couldn’t ask for a more devoted chiropractor than Kathy Wicken as she goes over and beyond to help you. I am not sure what will happen if she ever decides to retire as it would be very hard or maybe impossible to find such a devoted person

Negative experience: Emailed twice called three times, zero reply, call back, or response. It's a good thing I didn't need anything too serious.

Fantastic experience: I value Dr. Wickens' wise and timely advice which has kept me fit for 28 years and counting. She takes the care needed to spot issues before they become serious and promotes healing early and as required. I regard her as a 'whole body' health practitioner who can suggest supportive steps to take, and I am immensely grateful for that. Everything is connected, after all!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Wickens on and off for 30 years. Recently, I had a sprained ankle that took me off my feet for 3 weeks. I knew something was off, as I was simultaneously having horrible lower back issues and pain throughout my injured leg. Dr. Wickens worked on my lower back and my ankle and I am feeling such relief in both. I will always come to Chiropractic Care and Longevity for all of my chiropractic needs.

Was asked if I would prefer staff to mask around myself (mask mandate lifted) I have a shoulder injury and with Chiropractic care and massage I am slowly gaining my range of motion back thank you so much for all your help It honestly feels good to have a Dr. who cares with such a broken health care system

Negative experience: My past experience as a client here made me uncomfortable as Dr. Wickens told me I should ultimately stop taking my prescription medications and encouraged me to use homeopathic methods and affirmations to treat my health. Additionally, I am prompted to leave this review after deducing that the business does not require vaccinations from its staff. This shouldn't be much of a surprise based on my experience but it does concern me in a health care environment. Update in response to business comment: You're absolutely right that as a young person with serious health concerns, I did not voice my discomfort to the trained physician in charge of my care. In my case, as a particularly vulnerable youth, I did not feel that I ought to refute a medical practitioner's advice. Thankfully, I have pursued a University education and am now confident enough to express the ways in which Dr Wicken's behaviour made me uncomfortable and crossed a line professionally. Additionally, there is no statute of limitations on leaving reviews, and likewise the passing of time does not make unethical professional behaviour become ethical.

Fantastic experience: Dr Wickens and Dr Carter have been treating me for the last few months and they've made such an improvement in my quality of life. I experienced noticeable improvement in my range of mobility, flexibility and pain caused by inflammation within a few sessions of treatment. They and their staff are always friendly, professional and willing to listen to my concerns. I'm glad to have found Dr Wickens and Dr Carter and will be continuing treatment with them in the future.

I am active and put my body in stress. Friendly happy co workers and all very helpful. I use the massage service and they are so knowledgeable. My body needs this service to keep me active and well. Dr. Wickens and Dr. Carter always take time to listen and tailor the treatment to my specific needs. The staff are friendly and helpful and know you by name. They are very professional . I have a chiro treatment once a month & oftener if needed . I also am having treatment with light Laser & it has helped me immensely . Fantastic experience: As a newcomer to the Perth area, I was nervous about having to setup a profile with a brand new clinic. But to say I was welcome with open arms and treated like family would be an understatement. On top of helping me cope and conquer chronic pain that I’ve been struggling with for over 6yrs, Dr.Carter always takes all factors of my health into account (biological, social, and psychological) to make sure to not miss any details when it comes to my recovery. Whenever I call in need of a last minute appointment for some emergency relief, they always make the time to see me and never fail to greet me with a smiling face at the door. This team goes above and beyond with their jobs and their passion for peoples well-being radiates off them with every visit. If I could, I would give them 6/5 stars. Keep doing what you’re doing ladies!

Negative experience: Standing next to another customer at the counter today, it was requested that I move back to the middle of the room because of ”protocal”. I found this humiliating and insulting. I will be buying what I need on line.

Fantastic experience: Called for an emergency appointent - they for me in. The Dr was clear and very competent. I walked out straight after walking in twisted. Different approach to what I am used to but really helped me.

The ladies at the front desk always have a smile ready and Dr Wickens and Dr Carter are very professional.
