Fantastic experience: I had a 90 minute gift certificate for a message with Lina. I have had a lot of massages in my day and this one by far was one of the best. Lina is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time. I have been dealing with some bad back issues for the past 8 months and she was able to give me some relief by relaxing some of my extremely tight over compensating muscles. I would highly recommend Lina and the Grenier place

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally leave reviews but my experience here was so amazing from start to finish that I needed to share! I have been looking for a new massage therapist due to severe back pain from working at a desk all day. It has been very challenging to find a massage therapist who has the right balance of strength for a deep tissue massage while still being able to make the whole experience relaxing and I’ve finally found one! When booking my appointment I first spoke with the office manager, Ashley, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me while I explained my situation and concerns to her. After talking with me for a bit she was able to recommend I see Linawaty and she was spot on in her recommendation! The staff here are unbelievably welcoming and knowledgeable from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I have very high anxiety in new environments but the staff at the front desk instantly made me feel very welcome instantly. I’d love to specifically mention Ava who was working at the desk that evening. She was very polite and friendly from the moment I walked through the door. As I was filling out my paperwork I had dropped all of my things and spilt my entire water bottle all over their waiting room floor, she instantly hopped up to help me gather my stuff and clean up the mess while reassuring me it was okay and cracking jokes with me about the whole thing. Ultimately my experience here has been wonderful from start to finish!

Negative experience: I support a "zero tolerance policy" with/for staff. However, I do not support using this policy against clients and as an excuse to forfeit professional front-end service. I booked my first massage therapy only to have staff call and try to adjust the appointment time less than 24 hours prior. I informed staff that I had a prior appointment and may not be able to accommodate their request. I asked at that time should I reschedule. They said no, that if I couldn't make it till the original appointment time that would still be fine. The day of the appointment I get a call from front desk saying I am late for my massage. It was 1:07 p.m. and my original appointment time was 1:15 p.m. I was two minutes away driving time. The call was very accusatory in nature. I explained the call the day prior but there were no notes left on my file so I could not prove the appointment time was changed by staff. The call deteriorated very quickly. Turned out I was talking with the office manager. As I felt this situation was not my fault, I expressed my dissatisfaction and did not go to the appointment as I felt stressed and quite honestly, not believed. Various members of my family have been clients over a number of years. My son was currently having massage treatments. He was scheduled for one yesterday (four days after the primary incident). I called to confirm the appointment before going only to find there was nothing scheduled, same with two other upcoming appointments (I asked because of the same situation happening before). Two weeks ago I called to check up on his online bookings only to find an earlier appointment booked by phone was no longer there. At that time, I expressed concerns about the booking system. So after finding the appointment not showing yesterday, I got upset with the receptionist and said a bad word as my patience is exasperated at this point. She managed to fit my son back into the schedule and rebook the other appointments. I apologized for using a bad word at the end of the call and explained why I was so upset. I thought the matter was over. Twenty minutes later the office manager calls me. All of my son's appointment were cancelled due to my bad behaviour and because of their zero tolerance policy to staff. They had given me no notice, not even the courtesy of a cancellation by text or email. Certainly no explanation. Again, I support a zero tolerance policy to protect staff but it become a dangerous thing when it is used to hide staff ineptitude and unprofessionalism. During yesterday's call with the office manger, she further accused me of swearing viciously at another staff member; being later for other massage appointments (I agree were were late for one and at the time did offer to reschedule ) and other horrible behaviour, etc. This office manager was obviously unhappy about having to deal with this issue on a Saturday (as she so clearly told me) and the call ended up with her hanging up on me. I am writing this review so the business can take some accountability for their role in the situation. It could have been avoided by not trying to change appointment times at the last minute; bringing missing appointment issues to the attention of technical staff promptly; and having enough grace to actually listen to a client...and maybe even believe them. This extraordinary case of bad front-end service was astounding. Please do not use a zero tolerance policy as an excuse to allow it to continue.

Negative experience: Used to be good but lost all their good staff. Office Manager is TOXIC ! Stay away!

Fantastic experience: Love these ladies and happy to be a regular client. I started seeing them when I was pregnant with my first child and my hips decided they were gonna make walking impossible for me, and as bonus I rarely have migraines anymore! They are all always happy to explain what they’re doing, remember my problem areas, and offer ideas/stretches/things I can do at home so I don’t have to go in as frequently. :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming here for a few years for chiro and every time I am treated very well! Great personalities and tremendous help with their level of care. Today was the first time I got a massage here and I had Christine. This was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I usually get a massage every few months for over half my life. The attention to detail on my concerns/ pains was unreal. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and relief. Thank you very much. I will be back to see the team of chiropractors and Christine again soon!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Jamie today. She did a really good job for me today. It seemed like she worked a little extra hard to try to get what was needed done. I really appreciate the extra effort. The only problem that I have is how busy they are these days. Walk-in in the afternoons is nearly impossible so you have to book an appointment ahead of time. Great place though.
