Fantastic experience: Having just moved to NS from Ontario, I was in need of a new chiropractor and massage therapist. How lucky was I to find all of that in one place!! Not only is everyone super friendly but they're also caring and genuine, and I'm very thankful that I have met all of them. Dr's Chris and Shannon have been so helpful and personable. In the few weeks that I've been going there I've had 6 or 7 adjustments and I feel so much better already. I cannot forget to mention my new RMT, Coral. Amazing!!! Finds all the muscles that hurt and then some! I didn't realize how tense I was until after my first massage, I have my next one in a couple of weeks, definitely looking forward to it! Cheers to feeling better each day! ✌️

I can't imagine my life without Chris, Shannon and staff, always cheerful, helpful and smiling but most importantly what it has done for my quality of life to help with the aches and pains while I worked as a CCA and more recently in retirement to let me do the things I love like gardening ,looking after my chickens and coping with everyday household tasks .I just wish I had gone sooner!! Fantastic experience: I went here for the first time today. What a great office with amazing staff! Mel at the front desk is a treasure and Dr. Coffin was so thorough and kind. I didn't think I would find a chiropractic office as good as the one I left when I moved to NS. Elmsdale Chiropractic is just as great as my former chiropractor! I am so glad I found them.

Fantastic experience: My experience has been exceptional with Elmsdale Community Chiropractic Centre. Drs. Chris & Shannon are incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, ensuring that every aspect of my son’s care was explained clearly and comprehensively. As well, their clinic uses state-of-the-art equipment, which plays a big role in the diagnosis and effectiveness of the treatments. From the moment we walked into the centre, we felt a genuine concern for my son's well-being. Drs. Chris & Shannon took the time to thoroughly review past and present x-rays and performed an assessment. What truly stood out was their level of detail, attentiveness, and ability to find problems with my son’s spine in the X-rays that were not even mentioned in the original reports! After two years of taking my son to 2 physiotherapists, previous chiropractor, undergoing blood tests, X-rays, and trying orthotics etc, etc, we were still without answers as his posture and walking continued to worsen. Thanks to their expertise and genuine care, we’re finally getting a clear understanding of my son's condition and a treatment plan that is already showing positive results. I must also mention the friendliness and personable nature of the entire staff. Shannon & Chris have a warm and approachable demeanor, and the front desk staff are equally friendly always greeting us by our first names with a smile.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Dr. Chris Lerner at Elmsdale Community Chiropractic for a little over 2 years! I suffered with severe to moderate lower back pain, headaches, severe acid reflux (GERD) and SI joint pain my whole life, since finding Dr. Lerner my headaches are non existent, my back pain is minimal and my acid reflux is gone! I wish I found Elmsdale Community Chiropractor 20 years ago! Not only are Drs Chris & Shannon amazing Drs, all the staff are top notch and make sure you feel very welcomed! Fantastic experience: Shannon and Chris are amazing at what they do! My health has greatly improved since starting a routine of chiropractic treatment with them. What started out as a sore neck and headaches was a bigger issue that they quickly identified and got me on the right path. Great to chat with, relaxed atmosphere. I would go out of my way to get the treatment that they offer! The best team in the business and the support staff are top notch as well. It's a true community business.

Fantastic experience: I was in a trade that was very demanding on the body, low basements, crawl spaces , heavy lifting , extreme weather conditions etc for over 45 years . I never took care of myself and then in my late 60s I couldn’t take the pain anymore, I had tried physiotherapy for years and it was great till a couple days later finally now walking with a cane I decided to try the chiropractor, to which I heard horror stories, WELL PEOPLE. It’s amazing I just wish I tried it way earlier in life…. After a couple months of adjustment the cane is gone, the pain in leg is gone and I can actually move my head from left to right and somewhat able to look upwards … if you are skeptical like I was go give it a try … it’s might not be for you but it may give you results like me … these guys are amazing, caring and compassionate!!!!

Negative experience: While visiting from out of town I had a very painful back issue. Contacted this clinic and was told I needed to have an NS health card, even though NS health does not cover an adjustment, and I would need to pay out of pocket. Not too sure why I need an NS Health card for something I would be paying out of pocket. I was also told they would need a month of treatments to help me out. Not sure how they were able to figure this out over the phone without assessing me first. A very poor experience without even making it into the clinic. Call anyone else first.

Fantastic experience: Dr Shannon and Dr. Christopher have been nothing but fantastic when it comes to my needs. I came in the clinic with lots of pain and within a few weeks pain had subsided. I credit Dr. Shannon for listening and giving me the best care plan. Hannah is amazing too, she's so kind! Sheri and Ellen are always smiling and a welcome happy face!

Fantastic experience: We love the friendly atmosphere and wonderful service and care. Parker (15) and I have been going since February, it has made great changes in both of us. I sleep much better, migraines to a minimum, over all feeling much better. When Parker started the base of his skull and top of his vertebrae were almost touching after a few months of care the natural space has come back! Fantastic experience: I booked my first appointment after suffering headaches for years following an automobile accident. It wasn't long after I started regular treatments that the headaches were a thing of the past. I've been visiting Dr. Chris and Dr. Shannon for so many years now I joke that I am their oldest patient. I wouldn't go any where else for chiropractic care!

Positive experience: My relationship with Elmsdale Community Chiropractic Centre began just after a side-by-side accident which left me in pretty severe pain. It hurt to breath, and I was only able to sleep comfortabley on one side, so everytime I changed position while sleeping I'd wake up. It's hard to get a good night's sleep when you've got a 30% chance of being in a comfortable position. Since beginning treatment in August the pain has been mostly resolved, and I'm able to sleep through the night again. In addition to that, the team at Elmsdale Community Chiropractic Centre has been working on correcting to rest of the damage I'd done to my spine throughout the course of my life, and the difference it has made in day to day life is exponential. I've gone from taking Ibuprofen every day to maybe taking it once a month when all other means are insufficient. I can't say enough about what these folks have done for me.

Fantastic experience: Initially, I was unsure how treatment would help with my back & neck pain but now I feel 100 times better!! I am so thankful that I took a family member's recommendation to try chiro treatment for my pain. Dr. Coffin and Dr. Lerner are fantastic. Fantastic experience: I have dealt with pain and discomfort for as long as I remember. I was referred to a chiropractor. After meeting with one I truly didn't know if it was a fit for me. I had then reached out to elmsdale Chiropractic and haven't looked back. They are so thorough with exams and explanations of what needs to be treated. Fantastic experience: over time I lost the ability to turn my head from left to right, as well as looking up and looking down there was a Knott that refused to let me move. After one month with Elmsdale Chiropractic I lost the pain and gained back mobility I started to see good results after my frist session and I continue to see good results I was ready to change my job because of all the pain I was in and now I can do my job again. When I came to their office I was ready to give up, every small movement was painful and I couldn't focus and now I am at one with my body again. Elmsdale Community Chiropractic is not just a business they are a health care enhancer when you walk through their doors you become their goal. The entire team is devoted to you, five stars isn't enough to give these guys but it will have to do.

Fantastic experience: I once had a lot of pain in my left arm and trapezoid muscle from arthritis. Playing guitar was very difficult because of the pain. I started get chiropractic help from Dr(s). Chris Lerner and Shannon Coffin and for two years now, I am mostly pain free, with the occasional flare-up. I get weekly adjustments to maintain my spine health. Fantastic experience: Been a customer for many years. I have Akyolsing Spondulitis and was on so many drugs to combat the pain and it left my groggy and slow all day. I needed another solution and I found Chris Lerner through my mother and it has changed my life. He gave me my mobility back!!!! He motivates me to keep moving, he is super fit and gets it. I now run 5k in 34minutes I cycle in a pace line at 35kph for 60KMs I workout at home, lift weights. I eat better, CLEANER! I can tie my OWN shoes. I can run with my son I can throw my son in the air and catch him. Elmsdale Chiropractic has seriously given me a new life. Their methods are not invasive like some practices. They talk to you, get to know you as a person and give you advice if you are willing to take it. If you are looking for a chiropractor, you cannot go wrong with these guys. You can only go Right!

Fantastic experience: I had injured my back several years ago and was recommended surgery. I decided to pass on surgery for natural recovery and rehabilitation. I had continued to struggle with reoccurring pain and inflammation to the point where I was laid up and thought surgery was inevitable. That's when Dr. Lerner and Dr. Coffin at Elmsdale Community Chiropractic Centre had literally got me back up and walking back to work and back in the gym body building . Fantastic experience: I have been travelling from Truro to the Elmsdale Chiropractic Centre for two + years now. First it was three times per week, then twice a week and finally down to every two weeks. I have been diagnosed with degenerative disk decease along with several other problems, too many to mention. When I first meet Dr. Lerner and Dr. Coffin they were both very professional, not to mention the rest of the staff. The first time I walked in, or should say hobbled in to their office I was treated to a back massage with the back Pro-Adjuster then onto the Spinal Decompression Table which is my personal favorite. Today along with my regular meds and Dr. Lerner and Dr. Coffins help, I walk up straight and most days I am pain free. I sincerely believe in the Elmsdale Community Chiropractic Centre, with Dr. Lerner and Dr. Coffin and their team. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for Chiropractic services. I give them a solid 10.
