Fantastic experience: Dr. Lydia was incredible. I was in town for a wedding and had limited time. I'd been dealing with debilitating hip and lower back pain for a month and she fixed me right up in one session! She was incredibly thorough, spoke with me for a long time to understand my history and personal needs. I felt well cared for. She also gave me some exercises to continue my care and most importantly, she gave me some hope!

Fantastic experience: My First encounter with Dr.Lydia was great and awesome . Not only is she warm and welcoming but she listens thoroughly to what you have to say about whats going on with your body. She then proceeds to educate and inform you of how the body works and whats causing it to react in such a way and gives advice on fixing and maintaining. After my first treatment I could already feel the difference in my neck and shoulders . The second treatment my headache was gone. The third treatment vertigo started to minimalize. Few more visits and my upper body started to relax. I started feeling normal again . I will continue to practice what was taught to me by Dr Lydia and I highly recommend to anyone who's suffering with vertigo, stiff neck, headaches, muscle pain and arm cramps to stop in for a visit . Fantastic experience: I've been to many chiropractors over the years and my experience with Lydia has been extraordinary! Not to say my experience with the other chiropractors was not good but the results short lived. The extra muscle work and care seems to make her work last much longer, I highly recommend her for most any problems, especially those nasty neck and lower back issues!

What impressed me most was how clearly she explained the problem and laid out a concrete plan to fix it, step by step. Fantastic experience: I had a really great first session with her a little while back. She's really great, knowledgeable, nice and I highly recommend her treatments. I do however really really wish that her location was easier to access (old port right next to Notre Dame Basilica, had to pay for 20$ parking since parking is near impossible there if you are coming by car). Also really wish that her treatment space was roomier as small tight spaces aren't comfortable for everyone. Those things have delayed me on booking a follow up apt. All that said, I will most likely still go see her again since she was a really good chiro!

Fantastic experience: Elle a pris soin de mon petit bébé et après une seule séance j'ai toute suite vu une différence. Elle m'a donné des trucs pour faire à la maison et après seulement quelques semaines mon petit garçon n'avait plus de problème avec son cou. Elle s'est toujours assurée de prendre le temps puisqu'on parle d'un bébé de moins de 3 mois. Que des bons commentaires à dire. Elle veut le mieux pour ses clients/patients et c'est ce qui apporte une guérison plus rapide. Super de bonne technique et patience lorsque le bébé est inconfortable. Je vous la recommande sans hésiter.

Fantastic experience: Ce n'était pas la première fois que je voyais un/une chiro pour des douleurs au dos, mais Lydia a pu me recevoir rapidement alors que mon haut du dos était vraiment bloqué et super douloureux. Elle a fait une séance de chiro, mais ne s'est pas contentée de ça. Elle a pris le temps de m'expliquer chaque détail de la problématique, les facteurs qui auraient pu causer ça et comment éviter que ça se reproduise. Elle est super à l'écoute, très humaine et vraiment compétente. Je n'ai plus aucune douleur et dans mon cas, je n'ai pas eu besoin de revenir une seconde fois. Je la recommande vivement !

Seven chiropractors in my family, including my dad and oldest daughter. Doctor O. gave me the best chiropractic exam that i ever had! My current condition is complicated but her analysis cut right to the chase! Gives a sensitive yet firm adjustment. She has great hands! The office is not impressive but I’ve always been more interested in the steak than the sizzle. However, despite the lack of staff, the private insurance requirements were completed and emailed by the time i got back to the street. Few of my colleagues are worthy of my endorsement. Dr. Lydia Ouldchikh is one of the best!

Fantastic experience: I was going to write a long review about how kind Dr Lydia is and how I was struggling with just walking on the day-to-day basis, how she doesn't just do adjustments but also incorporate stretching, blading, massage etc...I feel immediately better right after seeing her. I drive an 1 hour and a half to go see her including paying for parking. If that doesn't speak volume to how good she is then I don't know what does. So I'll simply say for now from my experience that SHE IS THE BEST!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a nerve issue causing pain near my hep and leg. Dr. Ouldchikh not only explained very well what was going on, but helped eliminate the problem in one session. I went back for a follow up because I wanted to show the progress, and that's that. I'll continue my stretches she gave me from the first session and she told me I don't have to come back if the results continue this way. She's super informative, professional and truly is trying to help. Very happy!

Fantastic experience: Lydia is very knowledgeable and honest. I had issues with my neck and back, and in the span of 1 month I could feel the difference. After 2-3 months, I regained a better shape and the pain wasn't reccuring anymore. She listens carefully to my problems and always asks the right questions in order to customize each session towards the major problem(s). After each session, if necessary, she provides exercises that I can do on my own to fix any discomfort. Her booking and payment system is very customer-friendly and never had any issues with them.
