Fantastic experience: Dr. Stackhouse is absolutely phenomenal! His hypothesis of the correlation between the thyroid and the cervical spine has quite literally changed my life. Everything from chronic depression to extreme anxiety and panic attacks, gone after only 5 sessions. And, many many more issues I have endured for the past 23 years of my life. I am 42 years of age and I feel as if I was 25 again. If you don't believe me, go see for yourself. It may very well change your life, as it did with mine.

Fantastic experience: I had my first experience 9 yrs ago with Dr Jeff, he magically addressed my issues and I never went back. Fast forward to present day, after falling and hurting my shoulder and enduring pain for 3 months , I went the usual Doctor route with xrays and ultrasound. No breaks, no tears, Pain was at a 10 at night with a deep ache. Had my first & second adjustment and the relief I feel is unreal. Dr. Jeff is magical, highly recommend. Fantastic experience: After suffering a HORRIFIC TBI in 2024 my life was shattered and turned completely upside down. I am a mom of 4 and couldn’t go anywhere without having a complete system overload. I struggled with constant headaches, panic attacks, chills and was absolutely fear ridden with this sense of impending doom. Unfortunately my brain just wasn’t able to regulate all the stimuli around me. I would wear multiple sets of sound reduction aids, sunglasses and a hood around the clock to try and help shelter myself from the outside world, but nothing seemed to be working. Fantastic experience: I am an avid runner, cyclist, gardener and skier. All activities that are not kind to my back. Regular treatments by Dr. Jeff (for the past 8+ years) have contributed greatly to keeping me active. But you should also be aware that in my experience chiropractic treatment is not restricted to typical back pain/discomfort issues and that Dr Jeff's treatments have also helped me with migraines and knee pain. I strongly recommend Dr Stackhouse.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jeff Stackhouse's services to both myself and my wife have been absolutely stellar. My right shoulder experienced recurring weakness due to a past rotator cuff injury, however, after a period of several adjustments, its function, feel and strength is almost 100% restored! My wife suffered from what's called, an uncomplicated sliding hiatus hernia, which greatly interfered w the function of the pyloric valve, affecting digestion and allowing stomach gasses to enter her esophagus and mouth causing severe burning, especially at night, morning headaches and great discomfort. I asked if Dr. Stackhouse had ever adjusted for this condition and to our great relief, said he had and confidently asserted that within a couple months, this condition would resolve itself. She is very happy to say that due to regular adjustments this seemingly impossible condition has indeed resolved itself and she's now symptom free. We would like to sincerely thank Dr. Stackhouse for his wealth of knowledge, skill and competence in the field and for his hope - inspiring proverbial optimism and pleasantness during each visit. This recent visit two days ago, I mentioned that I experienced a pain near my heart and thought I may be having heart issues. He checked my ribs and one of them was tender. Fantastic experience: I believe Jeff is the best chiropractor in Collingwood. After trying out a different chiropractor that a friend had suggested to me, I found myself returning to Jeff after some time. Jeff is the only one who is able to properly adjust me while other chiropractors focus on soft muscle tissue exercises rather than actual adjustments. After seeing different chiropractors, I can tell that Jeff simply has a lot more experience and he also happens to be less expensive than the other chiropractors I have seen.

Fantastic experience: At the time of my retirement, at the age of 75 in 2018, I was experiencing lower back discomfort. However, I could still walk my dogs comfortably for up to two hours an outing. The duration of my walks started to decrease with the discomfort increasing. The discomfort radiated from my buttocks and down my left leg. I consulted with my family doctor, after getting the results of an MIR. They determined that I suffered from a condition referred to as lumbar stenosis. It was determined that there was a herniated disc, degeneration on discs L4 and L5, evidence of bone spurs and ligament thickening that reduced the circumference of the spinal canal. All these factors resulted in increased pressure to my spinal cord. In June 2022, the symptoms of my condition deteriorated to the point where I could only walk for approximately 5 minutes before looking for a place to sit for a short rest and minor stretches. At this point, I had consulted with a neurosurgeon who had determined surgery was the only option. This consult was after many hours of physiotherapy, osteopathic and chiropractic treatment. All to no avail. As I was waiting for the surgery, I became aware of a chiropractor by the name of Dr. Jeff Stackhouse. Dr. Stackhouse reportedly had success treating patients diagnosed with stenosis. Wishing to avoid surgery, I contacted Dr. Stackhouse and booked an appointment. That first appointment was in the third week of June 2022. Coincidentally, the neurosurgeon called the next week with a surgery date. I declined the surgery appointment. After one treatment with Dr. Stackhouse, I believed that this would be a successful process on my healing journey. One year later, after continuing treatment with Dr. Stackhouse, I am back to walking up to two hours an outing with the dogs. I am very close to walking as I did prior to the onset of discomfort attributed to stenosis. Anecdotally, to highlight the dramatic change in my quality of life, I required a wheelchair to navigate the airport on return from a vacation in April 2022. Fantastic experience: Honestly Life Changing. I have been struggling with migraines for YEARS. They start and then I’m in bed for 3 days until it’s gone. I started going to Dr. Jeff about a month ago because my migraines started to get worse, and after one visit I felt instantly better, he even gave me their emergency number incase my headaches returned before my next visit, it made me feel like he truly cares ! He explained to me how the spine is connected to every organ of our body and that I’m probably going to see most my body issues disappear quickly. After doing an assessment we discovered I was struggling with : - hot and cold symptoms (thyroid) - headaches - back aches - nausea and dizziness - brain fog and confusion - memory issues And a ton of other things, Needless to say I had lots going on with my body and I felt it. I’m 100% better now, I highly recommend this place because of the quality of care you receive when you’re there ! I’ve now even been taking my 7 year old son and have noticed a difference in him too, he’s a clumsy kid who often falls or slips and very hyper active. Fantastic experience: My family and I have been seeing Dr. Stackhouse for 2 years now. He has worked miracles with me and my family. Recently, I developed a massive lump in my breast. I went for an ultrasound and the lump was measured as a mass of 1 inch by 2 inches and they scheduled me in for a biopsy. In the meantime, I shared this information with Dr. Stackhouse. Dr Stackhouse advised my to come in for weekly treatments, which I did. Three weeks later when I was scheduled to go in for my biopsy, the Tech went to do an ultrasound to locate the area for the pathologist. After the ultrasound, the Tech left and the pathologist came in to share with me that "there was no mass he could see". The mass entirely disappeared within a three week time frame. This, is just one examples of the many miracles Dr. Stackhouse has given to me and my family. He has been an ongoing pillar of strength, reason and health and we cannot recommend him enough!

I can say, without reservation, that Stackhouse is head-and-shoulders above any other chiropractor I have ever seen, in every measurable category.
