Fantastic experience: I have been going to Adam's clinic for a bad hip/back problem. The manoeuvres to straighten my spine are gentle & very effective. I'm grateful for the relief he has provided me & hope to be able to get back to normal activities as I continue to improve. Adam shows me some simple exercises to do at home to help moving forward with my recovery. The treatment room is very calm with music playing softly while he does his adjustments. Adam is very knowledgeable & answers all my questions & concerns in layman's terms. I highly recommend Adam for anyone needing an osteopath

Fantastic experience: I was suffering from an extremely sore back and away from home for an extended period. I thought there was no way I’d get into an osteopath as a new client quick enough. After a google search, I found Adam’s page and was able to book online for later that day!! The process was easy. The clinic is clean and peaceful. Parking was great too. Adam listened to my issues and took the time to understand my situation and history despite knowing I would only be able to have a few appointments before heading back home. Adam is genuine and truly wants to help. The treatments were great and I had instant relief from the adjustment. He played calm music too which was a very nice touch. Overall I was very happy with the treatments and recommended Adam to my friends who were also experiencing aches and pains.

Fantastic experience: I went to see Adam for primarily hip and shoulder/bicep tendon issues with limited movement. In addition my neck was not moving well. I saw him for 4/5 visits and he helped the movement in my shoulder/bicep and neck. My hip is a longstanding issue but he identified some specific exercises I have not tried before that helped and suggestions to mitigate the pain and movements. Adam was professional, was able to communicate to me the issues. His hands on were very good. If you need an osteopath, then give Adam a call. He has a flexible schedule, and is punctual with his times.

Using his hands and gentle movements he helped me over the course of 3 appointments to increase my range of motion in not just my severely arthritic shoulder but my neck and lower back as well. I used to take prescription Naproxen daily but find I can now do without it most days . I had back surgery 20 years ago that has left me with nerve root damage and chronic pain that affects so many areas of my body from my ankles to my neck, from headaches to back pain and more. For years I did physiotherapy treatments 3-4 times a week just to maintain my mobility and to not suffer in pain. Adam Ross with only one treatment a week has given me all that and more. I can’t pretend to understand exactly how it all works but I can say in all honesty that it does. I feel the difference in my body!. Fantastic experience: I was in a bad car accident when I was 6 - old enough that we didn't wear seat belts and I was in the front seat. Since the accident I have had chronic tension headaches which Dr's said were Migraines. The headaches could be debilitating and would regularly last between 10 to 15 days recurring monthly. Related symptoms and pains were added on over the years and I tried both Western and Eastern medicine to try and get some relief. Since I have been going to Adam there has been significant improvement in a very short period of time. We still have some work to do but the results have been amazing and I highly recommend Adam.
