Fantastic experience: I have had on and off lower back issues for about a year which led to a herniated disc about a month ago and was not able to bend forward or lift objects properly. The herniated disc caused a nerve pinch triggering sciatic nerves. It was a complete mess which made me loose so much motivation from the progress I had made in the gym. I met Elie and he went down to the roots of the cause.
