Negative experience: They keep on postponing your appointments, the relief you get, go away by the gap made with their delays. Disappointed.
We are truly sorry for this, we had a therapist have major surgery and it did impact schedules for a few weeks. All is back to normal beginning Monday and a new therapist is on site to help cover the temporary medical leave. We are here if you need us and have other therapists available.
Fantastic experience: I was experiencing discomfort and was able to get in for physio and treatment the same day. The staff is professional, caring and knowledgeable. I have used their services before and would not hesitate to recommend them to others seeking therapy.

Fantastic experience: I came here when I was having some issues with pain in my foot while running. Jeff was my physiotherapist, and he was great! He found the problem quickly, I was honestly amazed how he was able to figure out what was wrong so fast. He had me do different movements with my foot to narrow in on the area causing me problems, gave me exercises to do to help, and soon I was running without any pain again! Everyone that I came into contact with here was super helpful & friendly, and the environment is bright & welcoming. Love the space! I would highly recommend Capture Therapeutics to anyone & everyone!

Fantastic experience: Sarah Mason-Delong is an amazing massage therapist who works at Capture. Highly recommend going and booking with her. I haven’t tried out any of the other services that they offer but from other reviews sounds like people have had great experiences.

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for about a year now and it’s nothing but amazing! I’ve seen a massage therapist(Danica), chiropractor, acupuncture and a Physiotherapist(Jeff). I’m always greeted with a friendly greeting when entering and leaving. Highly recommend this place!!

Fantastic experience: This place has been top notch from being cared for to always leaving with a smile. I've had many complicated injuries in my life and have been fortunate enough to get treated at many physiotherapy and work rehabilitation clinics provincial wide. I must say though however this place with its up to date facilities and specialists are well simply the best care for anyone. Doesn't matter what the injury the are always willing to do the job. I've had days where i could barely get motivated to even get up to go to treatment but when i leave I'm always satisfied that i did.

Fantastic experience: April 2021, I had a Hemorrhagic Stroke with complete paralysis of left arm & leg. April 30 I came home, limited functionality in both. May 14, I began seeing Jeff (Physiotherapist) & MacKenzie (Kinesiologist). That was the best decision for my recovery. They were excellent, knowledgeable, so encouraging & really nice. I marveled how Jeff pinpointed what needed work & how while MacKenzie implemented the perfect therapy details to accommodate that. Jeff celebrated every milestone of progress. Thanks to them, I'm amazingly way ahead in my recovery as to where I would have been. They were my team & I can't thank them enough!
